Fees for faxing are way too high. After I asked the staff to fax 4 pages, once it was done, she informed me that it was > $10. In my wildest dreams, I couldn't have imagined that faxing was more than $0.50 / page. The phone call is free, it takes 10 seconds, and the fax machine is < $100.I'm fine paying for faxing, I don't have a fax machine so it is valuable. However, if you are going to upcharge faxing this much, you need to have transparent prices posted. Or say, "FYI, this may seem crazy, but 4 pages will be > $10". For anyone considering using the UPS store for faxing, the library will do it for a reasonable cost or free.I told the staff working there that I thought they needed to be more transparent about their pricing. They did not agree and simply told me that they gave me what I asked them for. Overall a poor experience and I'll use the other options in town.

Went to UPS to return a $500 40lb, 33inch granite composite kitchen sink. The box was 4ft tall and 2 feet wide, couldnt miss it! I had 2 other small packages that were processes successfully. Somehow this HUGE $500 brand new sink went MISSING. it never left the store, never got tracked, never got returned, Luckily the sink company issued me a refund, because their customer services was really nice. I called to speak to the manager, who assured me that its NORMAL for packages not to be tracked (???? as if its 1870) Seems like an employee at this store has a brand new sink! Apparently thieves enjoy doing dishes and working at UPS.

I used to frequent this store for all kinds of shipping and mailing needs. I have noticed a decline in customer service but most recently they made an error on shipping an item and would not acknowledge the error or do anything to offer fix the problem. The employee at first could not even tell me where the package was and where it was going next. And UPS customer service was also not helpful, offered to have someone call from dispatch and I never received a call. If I cannot find another pack and ship provider-UPS seems to be the only game in town for this- I am going to look for a site with better customer service and accountability.

I rushed after work at 4:52 pm and they had closed. I stood there and they saw me and didn’t help. They were teenagers so I guess that is what they are told. Disappointed

I went there on Monday and even though there were 4 people waiting the line moved very fast, it took me less than 5 minutes to leave the store

Horrible experience! We have shipped from this store for years. It should have been a tipoff when my husband went in, and they could not find us in their computer. My framer had carefully boxed a large piece of framed needlepoint ,and we just wanted them to put the label on and ship to our vacation home. Evidently, the label never made it on the package, and the package was lost. When we got to our vacation home, and it was not there we asked that they start to track it since the system would not allow me to track. Only showed that label was issued. Told us they would, but a week later nothing had been done even after several calls to the store. After a few more days, we were told they could not find it and would start a claim. I told them I did not want a claim, I wanted the needlepoint which had sentimental value and had taken hundreds of hours to complete. They could have cared less. They just wanted to settle the claim and be rid of me. After more than 10 hours on the phone with UPS , I was told that once claim was settled nothing more could be done to search for it. Finally contacted the UPS Corporate offices and they took an interest and were able to find it and ship to our home. Thanks to UPS Corporate for solving the problem, but I will never use this store again. It appears that they did not put the label on the package, and it was picked up without the shipping label.

I bid on auctions from liveauctioneers and have dealt with many UPS Stores throughout the country. This by far was one of the best experiences I've ever had. They were very attentive, fast to pick up my items, and I am very pleased. I had only five days wait between auction end and receiving my items. Highly recommend! Don't hesitate to use this store.

The attendant I have had here twice is colossally distracted (Ayira?)The first time, she was in the middle of helping me and then attended to a new customers entire transaction before coming back to me.The second time, she was distracted by giving a price to another customer (who was already being helped) for some packaging they sell, then was distracted by a supplies delivery person, and then eventually let me ship my package.not impressed. Go to the post office down the street.

Had an appointment at 4 for a notary signature waited half an hour for them to finish the customers that arrived before us which was fine. A lot of people that came after us were also waiting and when he asked for the next person we said us and he replied “I’ll do you guys later someone with a package.” We had an appointment and already waited half an hour. He chose to BS us and go for other customers who had been there less than 10 minutes. Not acceptable customer service. Also other employee was not wearing a mask most of the time or wearing it with nose out
