I had an exceptional experience at this store not only with wireless service and new iPhone, but also with setting up FIOS internet for my home. This amazing experience is because of Walid. Walid, the associate who assisted me over a period of two days, is knowledgable, patient, and personable. He walked me through each process with great detail and addressed and answered all the concerns and questions I had. He assisted me at every level with set up for a new phone and for internet service for my home, and I left the store with great satisfaction. Walid is an incredible asset to the Sudbury store and should be recognized for the complete customer service he provides. Plus, he is just a really good guy. Thank you, Walid!

Not a Corporate store. That could explain some issues. Regardless DO NOT GO HERE! Sudbury store sold me a refurbished TABLET and told me it was NEW! Sales kid unboxed it in back room?? Came out with it unwrapped?? I was like WTF?? What if that was a gift for someone?! He says "Oh I thought you wanted me to start it up for you." I never asked him that. What a liar. He might've been high? Verizon corporate promised me another "new" one. That never happened. I left Verizon last week after being a great customer of theirs for over 35 years! I am not paying my last bill. (See you in court Verizon.) Consider us EVEN now for the crap tablet and crap service the past few years. Verizon is not good anymore. So HAPPY I left them. I have great service with another carrier and pay 1/3 what Verizon was charging me. I should have left them years ago!

Bait and switch - $800 trade in credit not applied! We opened a new line and upgraded our plans (5 total lines) and were offered a “special promotion” if we traded in one of our phones we originally were keeping. We went with the deal as it sounded good. Ever since this 6 months ago our bill has been wrong. One of our add on promotions fell off - we went back to have it fixed. Verizon said the phone trade in deal wasn’t applicable to the plan we were on despite Victra saying they have that promo. In December we were notified the trade in credit would disappear and we went into victra and they said the email was an error and to ignore it. Now Verizon is saying that promo never existed. We have been to Victra 8-10 times and talked to Jason, Wally and Peyton and no resolution and non of them call back with any updates. Lots of finger pointing between Victra and Verizon but we are the ones out the money after lots of time and energy. Super nice in person - zero results if there is an issue and they don’t back their promises. Be warned.

Besides Verizon charging me and not sending the phone. I get 7 stories from every agent I talked to. I get someone who can cancel the order and do a new one same day pick up but not close. Store says it takes 2 hours it’s been 6. No one at the store picks up, Verizon is useless.Update: I emailed the store as they responded to this review; nothing no response. They cancelled my order. Supposedly my order was ready but I received no email telling me it was. You cannot get through to anyone at this store. You’re told not to go to the store until you receive an email the order is ready.
