“I'm not one to write reviews but my experience over the past three days necessitates a change.

I have just become a Sandri fuel oil customer. Within the past month I canceled my auto delivery with my previous fuel provider (past 30 years) and placed our service on Will Call. (Not very smart on my part). I forgot to check my gauge until last Saturday 2/4/25. Was rather close to empty. Called my previous supplier early Monday morning and they informed me that it would be at least 7 days before they could deliver. I immediately went looking for a new supplier. I believe that Sandri was my third call. A pleasant voice introduced herself as Andrea and that has turned out to be a great experience. Within 3 hours Andrea had emailed me a customer application. While I was completing this application she checked and found out that they could deliver fuel oil on Wednesday. I submitted the application that same day but it was only shortly before she was leaving for the day. She sent me a response email and informed me that she would contact me Tuesday A.M. and get a credit card #. She called Tuesday and told me that I had been approved for an open account and that fuel would be delivered on Wednesday. The professionalism, competency and efficiency made me feel like I was the only person who might be in need of Heating Oil. I know better because the temperature has been in the single digits for several days. Her service was beyond belief. What a wonderful experience. Thank You Andrea

And then you send this guy Tim to deliver and he turns out to be one of the most personable and professional people I have met in my 80+ years on this earth. Thank you Tim, it was a pleasure getting to meet you. Also thanks for the 239 gallons you put in that 275 gallon tank.. Think we would have been pretty cold by Friday morning.”

“The folks at Suburban Propane are awesome! I own a business (a food trailer) and rely on propane appliances. It is very difficult to get anyone to service a food trailer. I'm also always under a serious time crunch, often only having one day to turn around. If an appliance goes down cause of gas issues, it can be thousands of dollars lost. From the moment I got Bonnie on the phone and she was able to get me on the schedule right away to have my gas lines addressed - I was so relieved. Then serviceman Patrick came to the rescue - fixing our regulator and getting us functioning again. Patrick is very thorough, finding leaks and repairing them on-site and trouble shooting issues. “Great experience. The website made it easy to monitor the rental. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. When I went to pick up the truck for rental the staff was swift and efficient. I was in the truck and ready to go in about 15 minutes. The truck was great and worked as expected and I was able to get all my work done.
Very good staff on site. I had a great experience and I will rent from here again next time I need to move something.
