The price is really great and we feel comfortable putting her items there. “Excellent experience with this facility. Spoke with the owner and he was responsive by phone, text, and email. Move in was easy and didn't require an in-person visit. I have used large corporate facilities in the past, and this is a far better experience.”
“Just moved my stuff in, so this review is incomplete, but so far the experience has been positive. I had a question and called, but no one was there, so I filled out a form online and got a callback within the hour. (This is a very different experience than ones I've had with other local self-storage companies. Cough, cough, pioneer valley self storage, cough cough.) Very polite and helpful. Move-in went smoothly. You get a gate-access code to the facility, and then it's a short drive to your storage area. My one complaint is that if you're moving in at night, the lighting isn't great. They have some lights, but they are unevenly spaced and don't fully light all of the units. So if that's your situation, then it might be useful to bring a flashlight. But otherwise, everything has gone very smoothly. Also, the price is quite a bit lower than many of the other self-storage facilities in the area.”

“Centrally located between Amherst and Hadley, MA. Combination of climate controlled and non-climate controlled units. Small units and larger ones, as well. Easily access units 24-7. Pricing, though, it's same everywhere, is cost-they are expensive!”

The location was convenient and once the potholes were filled, it was easy to get in and out of. The one challenge I had was when I went to the facility and found all the numbers removed from the units due to painting or siding. I did locate my unit successfully, nonetheless.”

“HUGE place with tons of storage to rent. I have a climate control unit plus a drive up and all the climate control is available 24/7 now with key codes. The GM Brian(I think is his name) in the office told me all buildings will be 24/7 key code accessible soon. highly recommended”

“Great experience. The website made it easy to monitor the rental. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable over the phone. When I went to pick up the truck for rental the staff was swift and efficient. I was in the truck and ready to go in about 15 minutes. The truck was great and worked as expected and I was able to get all my work done.
