I originally was trying to go to a different shop but the insurance company had Diamond as a preferred shop so I went with them. I could not be more happy that I couldn’t use the original shop that I wanted to. Diamond contacted me minutes after speaking with the insurance company and had me set up to drop off my car and have Enterprise meet me there for a rental. Diamond text me throughout the entire process letting me know where they were step by step. They were accurate with their estimated time for completion as well. “Extremely impressed by 3B and their honesty. Vinh and his team are such professionals. Were able to find a way to squeeze me in on Friday when I called Wednesday, even though they were short-staffed for the holidays. Going in, I thought I needed to replace both my catalytic converters, breaks, and headlights. Before starting work, they sent me a link that showed a full detailed diagnosis with pictures, which allowed me to accept or deny jobs! And they found it wasn’t the cats, it was just the 02 censors, which saved me over $1,000. Found my new shop!”

“I could not have asked for better service. I broke a leaf spring on my 5th wheel coming in to Sturbridge. Called Brian at Spring Rebuilders just as they were closing and he did the best he could to match a spring, but it was an inch too long. He was able to order a direct replacement for me (I purchased 4 new springs) and had them at the shop the next day. A few other shops tried to help me but couldn't when they found I needed a 4000 lb spring. The customer service I received from Brian was outstanding. Thanks you!”

“Just got my car back from Turnpike Autobody.
Dave and co. repaired a gouge in the car by the rear door. It involved filling the gouge and spraying three panels with a three-layer paint job. The job was completed a day early and the workmanship is top class. Looks great.
In addition, the car was spotless inside and received a car wash before I left. Looks like it has been detailed.
I have taken vehicles (and car parts) to Turnpike Autobody before and have always been delighted with the results. .. and I am not easy to please.
I would highly recommend Dave and his team for body repair, paintwork, and service.”

From the first phone call, I knew I was in good hands choosing them to do my lengthy repairs. This company is owned by a husband and wife, and she works long nights weekly at the shop making sure they have every detail of service met. They do! “I had known Gabe and Jay for over 30 years but lost track of them. While driving my dad's 2 year old Rav4 the hood lifted up and struck the windshield. I pulled over and luckily the windshield wasn't damaged but their was some minor damage where the hinges got bent too far back. I was recommended to try a autobody shop a little off my normal area and I was happy to see it was Gabe's place. He wad able to quickly assess the problem and within 9 days (only 2 days in the shop) my dad's Rav was as good as new. He even noticed a minor scratch which he fixed as well. The repair was done so skillfully it was impossible to know there had been an incident. The minimal time the vehicle was in his shop was greatly appreciated and it reduced the inconvenience factor. The price was extremely fair as it was out of pocket so I did appreciate their working with me in all aspects and touching up the unknown scratch was a welcomed bonus. “I have gone to John's for many years with many different cars. He has always been fair, reasonable and extremely affordable for the work being done. When I have asked him to prioritize the repairs that need to be done (I like to get the maximum life out of a vehicle) he is helpful to say "you have to do this, but this other thing can wait a few months" (or something similar) to help budget it.”
