He explained all of our options and helped us design the shed we wanted. It was delivered this week and placed exactly where we wanted it. Within minutes after I entered this magnificent store, however, a lovely woman, Carrie Frollo, reached out to me offering her assistance. Carrie had the biggest, warmest smile - I knew I would be in good hands. Within minutes, I recognized Carrie had the experience and expertise to direct me to exactly what I was hoping for. “So happy with my new set that just delivered this morning, only waited a few days for it. Free delivery and the two young men that showed up were nice and professional and even made sure that I was happy with the side before they departed. Worth checking out this furniture store, they may not have had what I wanted online but I popped in on a Saturday and found several dining sets that were perfect. Quality of the furniture is amazing, and I just love small businesses! Plus, Jeanette was wonderful!”

“Wonderful experience! We’ve been looking for a couch for months and were tired of wading through all the showrooms. Furniture Now had a wonderful selection packed in a rather unassuming building (I was shocked by how much they fit in the space!). They even have a warehouse down the street they can take you to. The service was stellar (no pressure, easy-going, and helpful). The prices are incredible as well! It’s important to note that the furniture might have scuffs or minor issues - that’s why they’re such a deal! Inspect the piece you want carefully. They even have color-matched dye to treat scuffs. Our couch had a tiny scuff mark on it that they treated and you can’t see it at all!Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a high quality leather couch for a good price.”
“As with all other stores of target , this one was also very well organized and clean . Always love to check this store for any offers and discounted prices . They had so many good deals for dress/ shoes etc . There is a Starbucks inside . shopping and coffee helps overall ... not Many store associates Around to help. Billing is a little slow , because all the counters were closed and they only had auto-checkout machines.. prices are a little high as compared to other stores , but they do price match if u show them competitive prices . Lots and lots of parking outside ... Overall a good experience”

“Love this location - can usually find stuff here that sold out at homegoods and Tjmaxx (like holiday decor or gift wrapping items such as boxes or baskets). Clearance section is usually better here the at homegoods/tjmaxx with lower prices then the other two stores.”
“I had such a great experience at Ashley Furniture in Westborough! They had by far the largest selection of furniture I found while shopping at really reasonable price points. The showroom is huge, which made it easy to compare styles and find exactly what I was looking for.
The biggest standout, though, was the customer service. Deb helped me from start to finish and was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, and it truly felt like she had my best interests in mind throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make everything seamless, stress-free, and personal, and I never felt pressured. It's rare to have such a positive shopping experience, and I can't recommend both Ashley Furniture and Deb enough. Thank you for making what can be an overwhelming process so enjoyable!”

Sebastian was the first person who helped me, and he was absolutely incredible — knowledgeable, patient, and worked with me to get a great deal on the couch I chose. Delivery was fast, and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything fit through my doorway, even with the tight space and tricky angles.

“Target has always been such an amazing place for me to go and shop. They have basically everything that I need, and anything that I can't find there, I can most likely get online from your website. Basically, every Target I have gone inside I've never had an actual issue, except for one, and that's specifically the bathrooms. It's honestly a hit or miss for the bathrooms. Some of them are well-maintained and others are not maintained at all, although they are trying. So there's definitely an inconsistency with the bathrooms.”
“I had 1 bad check out experience. Infact I thought this staff member was having a bad day. So I brushed it off but ive experienced her at least 2x and concluded she couldn't be having a bad day all the time. Attitude was not polite, like she was doing me a favor meanwhile I was paying $$$ for the stuff I was purchasing. Been coming here ( Shrewsbury location) since we moved to MA in 2015. She's my 1 bad experience for the last 11 years. So ill definitely recommend shopping here. They're helpful when the price checker isn't working. You print a price tag on an item and at check out its different, either than ir more than sometimes. The place is always neat and 95% of the times, the cashiers, customer service team are polite.”
