I live in a town in which the town water contains elevated levels of manganese and enough ferric iron that our water would regularly come out tea colored, and periodically would be an opaque, brown color. The water district has unfortunately been very unhelpful with this issue so we started looking elsewhere for solutions. After doing a lot of research, we had High Purity Water install a two stage (sediment then GAC), whole house, water filtration system last November. The installers were efficient, helpful, and walked me through the installation and operation of the system. We have not had any water discoloration since the installation, which has been amazing. The filters are supposed to be good for six months-to-a-year, but High Purity recommended I change/examine on the conservative end given how bad the town water has been. I just changed the filters for the first time and they were filthy, which is both an indictment of the town water supply and validation for the purchase of this system. I would recommend High Purity to anyone looking to resolve/manage water system issues, both on public and private supplies. These guys are great!

I generally don't write reviews. Neither the business asked me to write one.TLDR: These people are very dedicated to their business and they provide an exceptional service. If you are a residential customer looking for water softner + RO System, look no further.Installing a whole house filtration system was not an easy task for me. I reached out to a half-a-dozen of providers in the Greater Boston Area. No one entertained me on the phone with my questions. Instead, they opted to send out Sales Representatives who tested water at my place and explained me how bad it was. After 1 hour of "Basics to Water Quality", each of them had offered me a quote for their systems. It was unfortunate to see that none of them knew their competitors well enough to compare their own products with their competitors'.After a research on my own, I found out that High Purity sells the products (EcoWater Softner & RO Systems) I was looking for. I reached out to them. They offered me their quote based on the water taste results I had. I had a quick call with Rob. He answered all of my questions while on the phone. I spoke with Jennifer and she then helped me schedule appointment. Installation was done pretty neatly. I am very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommending this business! Avoid this company at all costs! Because they were referred from a company I trust, I bought equipment from them without seeking other quotes. It turns out they sold me $144 of equipment easily found on Amazon and charged me $1160! When I called to complain Rob said the filters that I believe were $32 apiece were "well over $200" each. However, after repeated requests, he will not tell me what the model number or brand of the filters are, nor show me any proof. The reason is obvious. I have been totally ripped off. There are plenty of good water companies around. This is not one of them.

These folks installed a water softening system and whole house filter for us. They were exceptional from start to finish. High quality follow through and communication, great quality install. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything about the experience was awesome. Would highly recommend them.

The worst company I have ever dealt with! Not only are the absolute awful with servicing the equipment but the equipment is just as reliable as they are. If you have other choices - do not consider this company ! They are not there for their clients and they are not their to service people like they should. Just awful !

I've been really happy with High Purity Water for the 6 years I've done business with them. I've had them over for annual service on our water softener and water filtration system, as well as repair of a broken part and conversion of the water filtration system to one which better suits our needs.It's always easy to get an appointment and they know who I am and remember the work they've done with me without having to look me up.Their technicians are highly professional, efficient, and knowledgeable.

If you want clean, filtered water look somewhere else. From installation to rebedding, I don't believe they are an honest group. Water still smells and discolored. The woman who answered the phone was rude and very unprofessional. Initial setup costs over$2k. Rebedding another $600. What a joke. Stay away. Stay far, far away.
