**Update: I posted this review while we were still inside Luv 2 Play. That is partially on me for what happened next. We ordered pizza because we had a giftcard and as we sat down to eat it the two employees working approached me while I was serving up lunch to my kids. They said the owner saw the review and was hoping to speak with me by phone. The male employee then held his phone out. He said they wanted to discuss what could be improved. I declined to speak with anyone by phone. I said it isn't inexpensive to bring kids there so it is disappointing when there are so many non-functioning items or really a lack of things for small children. They told me they had been closed for 3 months as an explanation for things not working or being worn down (It is March. They've been open since January. They closed in September when the entrance was hit). After asking a few times what could be improved, the female employee seemed to want to back off because I was trying to feed my kids. The male employee kept talking to me. They finally walked away. I could then see they went to get the baby toys I had mentioned and replaced the batteries. I'm glad they started to address concerns but overall this whole thing was bizarre. I'm sure the owner will see this update. I left a review that was pretty clear. I hope things improve. The area needs a good indoor play area. Also, Facebook seems to have changed my review from "does not recommend" to "recommends". When I tried to delete and repost, reviews seem to be turned off. A bad look.**
We have been here a number of times since it first opened pre-Covid. We have also had a birthday party here. It was great back then and seemed well maintained. Over the years it has gone majorly downhill. The baby and toddler area are an afterthought with few age appropriate toys that have long dead batteries and hairballs stuck in their wheels. The preschooler area has few items in there anymore. There are holes in the netting in the main play area. The floor mats throughout the place are visibly worn and dirty. The ball shooter in the big play area no longer has balls and seems to be totally nonfunctional. There are also only about 5 tables and then a bunch of counter stools.
I don't think we will be back. I'd rather drive farther and pay more to go to cleaner and better maintained play places.

Went for a birthday party, it went pretty smoothly but the room wasn't ready when we initially went in. But that was fixed fast. Kids had a blast, but had an issue at chashout. When it was time to finish paying the bill for the extras on the party plan that she had picked out. Eventually everything was resolved, and the kids had a great time.

This place has really gone down hill. The areas for younger children are awful, if they’re not empty then all of the toys in them are broken. Many other broken features in the large play area. They should put some money back into the place. Seems like it’s under new management.

Went for the first time with my 18 month daughter and my husband and ended up staying for ten minutes. The small space for her age group (1-4) years of age had a ball pit and a slide and a bunch of older children were running in and out without any sort of attendant present. Not a great place for any child under the age of five. It’s run down and super dirty and most of the equipment is torn apart or broken.

When we started coming here in 2022 and it was great we loved it as we have a toddler and a bigger kid. Although now in 2024 we still come here a lot but half of the games and machines don’t work. It’s dirty and most toys tiles and equipment are in poor condition. The kitchen is NEVER open and the staff are just a bunch of kids themselves and don’t do anything. it’s disappointing considering it’s always busy so I hope they’re able to make some updates and fixes soon. Its affordable and there’s not a lot of places like it around here I’d hate to see it just keep deteriorating we want to keep coming !

It’s a fun place but I wish they would enforce the toddler area age group my daughter is one and there were so many older kids running and jumping in the ball pit with the little ones

Not a good place for children under 3, though it seems great for older kiddos. I will not be coming back until my child is a bit older. Luv 2 Play advertises play areas for 0-4, yet these areas were poorly maintained or monitored. The tiled floor was literally lifting and bubbling in several areas, causing little ones to fall and trip. The toys were worn and in poor condition. Staff were non-existent and older children were allowed to rough-house in toddler areas. Additionally, their website states that grip socks are mandatory but can be purchased for $3.50. As I didn't own a pair of grip socks, I decided to purchase a pair, only to discover they were plain socks with no grips. Bring your own socks- the purchase is a rip-off.

Used to be a nice place to come and bring your kids and for the most part there are some things my 3 yr old can still enjoy. But omg the upkeep here sucks really bad. Dirty bathroom, broken ball machines ect. The toddler section always has older kids in there knocking things down and bumping into little children including my son. Someone is going to get seriously hurt and it’s going to be on “Luv 2 play” for not setting things straight. We can only do so much as parents. I even had to tell an older kid to go grab his parents because he threw foam towers around hitting my kid. Nobody does ANYTHING to regulate the rules here and it’s horrible. I had to go and talk to the staff myself to do something about it. With the way it’s going I smell a law suit if someone’s kid gets seriously injured because they don’t enforce the rules at the toddler section. Use your brain guys, WHEN YOU SEE PARENTS COME IN WITH CHILDREN OVER 4yrs ADVISE THEM AND THEIR KIDS THAT THEY ARENT ALLOWED IN THE TODDLER SECTION.

The toddler play area is disappointing, older kids running wild even though it's supposed to be 4 and under and the ball pit is nearly empty.

Ghetto place filled with ghetto people. I watched a grown adult assault a baby in there today. She then assaulted the child's mother, and anyone else trying to stop the aggression in a children's place. She was not removed from the property, she was allowed to keep celebrating the birthday party she came there for. Staff did absolutely NOTHING! I will not go back. Chuck e cheese can have my money instead.

I just wanted to come on here and ask what the point of the waivers is if you will still allow sick children to enter this establishment? My child is sick now because someone decided to bring their snotty child to an enclosed space with other children. There was a small boy with a runny nose and sneezing all over the place im sure my child is not the only one that is sick from Luv 2 play on Sunday March 17th 2024.Edit: The question still stands. Ok you clean surfaces. BUT WHY? Are the sick children being let in the 1st place?

Just had my son's birthday party here and it was overall a good experience. However, some things to note. The toddler areas need improvement. The two squares in the middle of the place have hardly any toys and they seem run down or broken. The ball pit had barely any balls in it. So there wasn't a ton to do for my 1.5yo twins. Otherwise the other areas for older kids seemed fine. The pricing for the birthday party add-ons is a bit overpriced but it is what it is. Also FYI if you get the "popcorn machine" you don't actually get that in the room, they just bring in little bags of popcorn... so DEFINITELY NOT worth $75. I was a little upset by that one as I would have just paid the $45 to bring my own food instead. The party rooms are quite small. I had about 26 people in our room and it was tight. I'd also add that they need to clean the bathroom area more because it was a little messy/dirty and we have to use them in our socks which is gross enough as it is. The kids had a blast but the place needs a bit of upkeep.

I feel like this place has soo much potential. We came last month with a group ages 4-11 months,(and today for a birthday party) I was just not impressed with the baby/toddler areas. The climbing blocks are flat and grungy, the push toys are sticky and do not work. The areas are just extremely lacking. You have such a gold mine, and I think if there was a rotation of toys/blocks they wouldn’t look the way they look. Also the floors are nasty in those areas. There just isn’t anything exciting enough to make me come back.
