I arrived shortly after 9pm to buy ham and Swiss cheese for my chicken cordon blue. As the deli had just closed, I asked the deli clerk if he would mind splitting the larger packages into smaller ones, as I only need a bit of each. His responded was that this will waste a bag. He was obviously too busy talking to a co-worker verses assisting a paying customer.
I asked to speak to someone in charge. He listened to me and walked away.
Market 32’s poor customer service is only exceeded by your high prices.
You should send your management team to Wegmans or Market Basket to see what real customer service is.

Totally disagree with a previous commenter. Yes Market 32 tends to be more expensive but Market Basket does NOT always have what you need which is why I go there less and less. But I will say this about Market 32 you need to get a BELL in the Seafood Department because people are in the back and they don't know you're there and you could be waiting there for them for who knows how long. I feel stupid yelling for them and really shouldn't have to.

This market may be convenient, but it’s definitely not a place where you'd want to do your regular shopping. The items are overpriced — you can go to Market Basket, where there's a much wider selection and prices are nearly half of what you’d pay here. The service is terrible. The cashiers and staff are rude, and no one makes an effort to help you find anything. I’ve even experienced inappropriate behavior from the meat department, which is completely unacceptable. The atmosphere is full of unnecessary drama and, at times, offensive and racist comments. Overall, not worth it despite the convenience.

The customer service is astounding. Justin (working the front end) is always up-beat and positive towards customers. He went above and beyond and even remembered my birthday and gave me a gift! I’m a frequent customer and we chat often. This is the kind of friendly and personable customer experience that encourages repeat customers. I’ve had great experiences with the rest of staff as well. Thanks again Justin!

This was my first time there. I was visiting my daughter in Sutton, so decided to see what it was like. I didn't go through the whole store, but was amazed at how clean and organized it was.

Do not get food from the warming/ display section here. I've gotten food poisoning from it twice now. Stay away.

One of the best supermarkets I have seen so far! Clean, spacious, well organized and very inviting.
Their fresh baked breads, prepared foods, salads, floral departments are amazing as are the associates manning these stations. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs.
Produce is very fresh and they take good care to ensure value for money.
