Prices are okay. Nothing is overly expensive, but nothing is cheaper than somewhere else. Men's bathroom was disgusting. Toilet paper all over the ground, Toilet seat was pushed over to side, and the toilet looked like it was probably cleaned once in the morning and that was it. Walls in the bathroom were also dirty as well. Paper towels were on the sink like someone didn't know how to get into the dispenser or didn't care to.For a store that wants to look fancy, their bathrooms don't look good at all. Also no clear signage as to where the restrooms were. I walked around the whole store before I found them. Stall also hand a lot of space between the door and the rest of stall. Someone could easily see inside.

My wife order a multiple floral arrangements for a baby shower she was hosting through Deb in floral, and was told would be ready for pickup on Friday and can be picked up by 7pm. I arrived at the store Friday at 530 no one was at floral. I went to customer service and was told no one has access to the orders and locked away. Further more when I asked what time in the morning someone would be there the response was that it's unknown what the schedule is and no one at the store has access to the schedule.

A few days ago I wrote a review on the the terrible service we received at this market 32. The reply from the the owner shows that they couldn't care less about customer service, because they know you'll continue to shop at their stores. I know I will never shop there again. This was the reply I received.Response from the owner 2 days ago"We're sorry to hear this, but appreciate the review".That's how much they care about customer satisfaction, now I understand why customer service is so terrible at this store. That day they lost 3 customers.

Customer service is one the worst there is in this store. The managers are useless when it comes to solving issues, or company policies makes it so managers are inadequate to actually help customers. Nothing to help customers can be done after 7pm, as per the manager. If you have an issue, or even want to return an item, you have to return another day to address it if you happen to shopping after 7pm. Cashier's are not even trained to do refunds. The manager on duty 02/10/2024 was totally unprofessional in his looks, and ability to help customers. It's people like this that make you not want to shop in stores like this. Maket 32 needs to address this or lose customers, at this point I will be doing my grocery shopping at Shaws, and other local supermarkets. Shaws does take the time to train their employees, and the customer service is way better than what you'll get at this market 32 location. With their already high prices, you'd think they would have better customer service, and better staff training.

Put in a food order with catering. I sent my husband to pick up the order, when he got back the whole order was wrong. Ordered a pretzel tray but not one piece of salt was found not even in the container. I ordered 2 Stromboli and 1 4ft sub, I received 1 Stromboli and 2 4ft subs.

I was there early in the morning there’s an older gentleman at the register. I have a full grocery cart full of groceries that’s why I’m there by groceries. This gentleman was rude mean dismissive literally threw the receipt on the counter and was telling me that he’s the only register open yeah to be that way to a customer is beyond me. This is not the first time I thought the first time I got him as a cashier. He was just having a bad day but no every day he has a bad day.

On 8/28/23 I went to the Sutton location.If it wasn't for a woman named Jean B that works there I would have left my cart in the middle of the isle and took off.Due to a management decision people are forced to use the self checkout after a certain time.This is wrong!!!If you want to use them that's your call...I prefer to keep people employed.Not one register open and Jean is working 4 of the self checkouts.This woman deserves a lot more than this place gives her.Again, management decision.She helped me with my order, bagged everything and was polite the entire time,Even listening to me rant about no registers being open.If I go back,it will be because of her, nothing else.UpdateShows how much management cares about the opinions of their customers...Generic reply to my post...Sad

I love shopping at Market 32 for regular grocery shopping. I recently worked with their floral department to order the bouquets and boutonnieres for our wedding. They came out beautifully! Working with Debbie was smooth and easy. She took the seemingly haphazard ideas I had and converted them into a fantastic bouquet. It held up well the entire day and even dried out well after!

Very clean and organized and plenty of staff available around the store to answer any questions about an item (where can it be found, do you carry, etc.) Staff are very positive, friendly, and I have yet to find one looking at their phone between customers (pet peeve). The food stations are always clean, and the Starbucks staff are friendly also.

Terrific selection of prepared + ready to eat foods, huge pizzas ready to take home.For groceries they have quite wider selection of high end and hard to find items compared to other grocery stores

Came in at 11:38. I worked 52 hrs this week and this is the only opportunity I had to do a little tiny bit of food shopping . I just wanted to grab a couple of things . The door was locked. There was an employee named Earl outside of the other door. I then walked into that door to get in. He went right over to the microphone and announced that I had 19 minutes until the store closed and that nothing can be rang in after 12 o’clock. I’m thinking to myself OK got it I know what time the store closes but I thought it was funny that he did it immediately as I walked in. Seemed very unwelcoming. He seemed annoyed that I was coming in through the door when he was standing outside of the door. I than started my shopping and five minutes later he announced it again, and then, three minutes later, he announced it again, and then he announced it again. When I came up to the register at 11:50 ( because at that point, I just wanted to get out of there I felt very unwelcomed) he stopped announcing it, so it wasn’t a normal routine announcement, he was purposely rushing me. He’s stood there, watching as I rang everything in, it made me feel uncomfortable. He than noticed that I was having a hard time ringing in the potatoes after about two minutes and then walked up behind me and it startled me. Again, I was already feeling uncomfortable. Did he apologize? No he just announced that I was not gonna be able to scan the potatoes and took them from me. I have never felt so rushed and so unwelcomed in a store in my life. If I can give you zero stars, I would. I will be calling the manager tomorrow

The layout is kinda silly, and I can't comprehend why they have 10 self checkout lanes but only ever have 4 open. It's superior to stop and shop at least, and they still have plastic bags, thanks Sutton for not banning them yet.
