I would give it zero stars but you have to vote. I mailed a priority 2-day package to CO on December 16, 2020 and my brother has still yet to receive it. Today is January 6, 2021. I paid for the 2-day priority box and the 2-day service but for whatever reason it is now lost and I would like to file a claim and a dispute. I mailed it out of the Sutton, MA location on 156 Worcester-Providence Turnpike. I plan on going in tomorrow to speak with someone because of course, no one picks up the phone when you try to call them. When I try to track it all it says everyday is it is in Florida. My 1st question would be why in the world would it go to FL when I shipped it out of MA to CO.
