Today is November 3rd 2025. I visited Sam at the Sutton. Verizon store, she was extremely helpful and courteous. And professional.I recommend her and this location highly period.

I went to the Verizon store at Galaxy pass because I had a problem with my phone,the girl who took care of me because her manager was busy with another customer spent her time with me and finally fixed my phone. I don't have a high end phone but it didn't matter thank you!!!!

I’ve had it with this Verizon store. Every time I come in, I end up waiting an unreasonable amount of time. The staff seems disorganized, unmotivated, and completely disengaged from helping the customers actually standing in front of them. They avoid eye contact and look for any excuse to delay service while people continue to wait.
Today was the last straw—I was there to do a quick phone switch that should’ve taken five minutes. Instead, I sat there for 30 minutes being ignored. A new employee walked in, spent ten minutes just wandering around, then went to assist people who arrived after me. When I asked why I was skipped, I was told those customers had been in earlier? How does that even make sense?
It’s honestly one of the most consistently frustrating retail experiences I’ve ever dealt with.

Nathan is incredibly helpful! I was 9mns pregnant and the last thing I wanted to do is go to a phone store to get my husbands phone working again. Nathan took us while finishing up with another customer, helped solve my husbands phone issue, lowered our bill and got me an upgrade. He even helped me set up my new phone. Best Verizon store in the area thanks to Nathan!

One of the best verizon stores around, all the staff are extremely thoughtful, helpful, knowledgeable and honest. Especially the sales representative who helped me, named Nate. He will go above and beyond to make things right and to have the customer leaving happy! This is my experience, and when I go back in the future, I'll be looking out for him. Thank you verizon, and most of all, thank you Nate!
