It's a shame, this would be such a nice community place but its very obvious they only care about making as much money as possible. As others have mentioned, its much more expensive than competitors, with an extremely rigid policy to never allow kids to make up a class. Siblings are charged money to use the play area while their brother or sister is in a class? And their sessions when school is out is 2 or 3 times that of the nearby Y for half of the hours.

I had 2 of my children in classes here during covid. My first issue is that they don't allow parents to watch drop off classes but allowed 100 people in for open gym. Also, open gym costs $15 where other places include it in your membership or class price. The price of classes is also higher than competitors. I wouldn't have minded paying the higher price if I could see what I was paying for. I wanted my daughter to do gymnastics, including the bars, beam, and vault, but they only allow tumbling until you land your back walkover. A few months into sending my daughter she started crying and wouldn't get out of the car. I decided it was time for a change. I now pay less, she does more, including all 4 apparatuses, and she can't wait to go. Plus now she made the team at 5yrs old, which isn't even an option until you're 7 at Burke's. Overall, I was extremely unsatisfied there.

Love this place, it's immaculate, well cared for, the staff is really nice. My oldest daughter started taking tumbling classes here in 2014 off and on when scheduling worked for us. My little one, now 5 has been taking classes since 2016. They recently renovated and expanded, now including spin and a space for the littles to play while adults work out, gymnastics, tumbling and cheering. We can only speak to the group classes and private lessons with Maddie. She is one of the nicest people I've ever met and my girls love taking lessons with her. We also started private lessons here during the pandemic. They are great about having the girls hand sanitize on their way in and out, masks on, remove shoes at door, no one else allowed in. It's great and my girls are learning a ton. It's also a great confidence boost for them when they learn a new skill.

This review is for their Cheer program. My daughter was on their full year cheer program "Dream Team" For 2 yrs. The first year I overheard many complaints but I never understood why everyone was so terrified to speak up about any of them.We made it to disney for Summit and I was shocked when we received emails the same week we came back basically saying if a kid wanted a spot on the team the following year we needed to pay a deposit. The owner knew many were leaving for another gym.I was hesitant as My daughter wanted to go to another gym but we decided to pay the deposit and stay another year! What a HUGE mistake! After 6 months of practices and paying $300 a month as well as volunteering many hours of my personal time to help fundraise, I realized that the coach and Owner was upset with me. I received an unprofessional email from the coach Maddie stating "This gym may not be a great fit for my family" and "If I wanted to attend Anther gym, I Should leave!!" Mind you AFYER 2 YRS! This came after I commented on a friends FB picture of her daughter who attends another gym(she was previously on this team), I simply said "Her makeup and uniform look great, wish ECE was closer", I was basically being pressured to remove my kid, RIGHT before comps started which I already paid for. I refused to remove my child. The very next practice, The coach kicked the team out early by saying "I'm sick and tired of you guys GET OUT" and my child had to wait outside at 8pm at night while her ride came to get her early. No phone calls from coach saying she was releasing them early, NOTHING! So I rightfully emailed to ask about it. I received a response basically saying kids weren't behaving and a list of what my kid did. This was all extremely odd timing and Ironic where it was 2 days after the Email telling us to basically quit because of a FB post! And No phone call about my kids behavior till I reached out to ask about kicking them out an hour early, strange to say the least. I spoke with my child and several of her teammates, they all said My child didnt do anything many of the other kids were doind and she admitted to goofing around and being talkative. I asked to view their cameras and they refused(convenient). They tried to remove her from the team for this behavior which would have been odd but I knew what they were doing! My daughter begged for me not to let her be removed and I basically had to stay quiet and beg for her to stay on the team, literally crying! They suspended her for almost 3 weeks which they would NEVER have done to another student for same behavior if even true (while I continued to pay $300). I was livid but would do anything for my child. After suspension she was sick and I had a doctors note, I receive an email that she couldnt attend Competition which I did not agree with and after several back and forths she was allowed to attend! See the pattern here? They were trying any and everything to get her off the team and it was 100% due to the fact that I was no longer friends with The mom manager and they did NOT like having a mother on the team that asked ANY questions about their program!! The Final push came after my family had a personal matter and my daughter missed her Only unexcused absent in 2 years (each girl is allowed 2 per season). I asked to use the unexcused absence and I received an email back that stated my child was removed from the team and was I removed from the Parent page and their was NO discussion! So my daughter missed all 6 of her competitions after spending over 6 months working her a** off, and it was too late in the year to join another team! We threw $3000 down the drain, Hundreds upon hundreds spent on clothing and Comp fees and I was also charged $180 in cancellation fees for hotels because it was too late to cancel! At least 6 parents were Disgusted by what happened to my child and they all apologized and said they wish they could say or do something but knew they couldnt speak up. If you want to run a Professional C

What a gym! My daughter's high school gymnastics team practiced there over Christmas break and it was a fantastic. Gym 2 was clean, bright and had all the competition equipment the team needed to train. Jen, the owner, and her staff are very nice, answered all of our questions and gave the coaches all the information they needed. My personal wish is that the team could practice there on a regular basis during the competition season. Who knows, maybe next year!

My 20 month old grandson had a blast at BP Kids indoor play space. $15 covers your stay as long as you want. It’s such a creative mini town with each area representing a different play environment from a grocery store to a construction site to a classroom, each filled with all the appropriate toys and accessories for that space. Just delightful! Will be back many times when it’s too cold or rainy to play outdoors.

The gym and people are absolutely lovely. But my MAJOR issue is that they do lot update they're website to let people know when there is a schedule change. They don't even put a sign outside so you can at least drive by and see BEFORE you take your toddler out and have them screaming cuz they have to get right back in the car. Again, the gym is great and so is the price for Open gym, but they don't do a good job updating their website or leaving notice outside when there's Open Gym changes. Incredibly frustrating!
