When in Marblehead, shop local. The employees as I always say are very friendly and very helpful and that is a big plus. I know I will use my sweatshirt a lot as I like to put it on in the morning! We had been in here a few days before but it was very crowded due to the 4th of July festivities. Now, it was easy to find more things! LOL Take a look. I'll bet you will find something here for yourself!”

“They were having a great sale when I came in to grab uniform items for my son. I was able to get a short sleeve polo for free since I was buying a long sleeve shirt and pants anyways, and since I spent over $60 I got an additional $20 off, which was a lovely surprise. Associate Annie was very helpful and made sure to point out which items were on sale and that I could get a third item for free since I was already buying two.”

They never act annoyed with me for doing a return, which is sad to say has been normalized behavior at many other retail stores. Great job ON for continuing to hire store workers who can get the job done quickly and efficiently without attitude!”

I Had a very complicated transaction where I had to return a lot of items due to sizing, and repurchase set of new items and it was a lot of work and Carlie was very helpful, patient and professional and helped me find new sizes and order some online that will be shipped free to my house and then even double checked a receipts and items to make sure everything was scanned properly and I got all the best discounts. She really went above and beyond..”

“I’ve noticed over the past several months, the store has really turned a corner and it looks great. I love their new displays. They’ve got this great wall with a lot of swimsuits and coverups which is really great ‘cause we’ve been having so much snow here that it’s making me look forward to spring weather. The staff that I interacted with in the ladies area were quite helpful. They worked with me to find a handful of items that I was looking for. So I left the store feeling very good about my purchases. I definitely will be back maybe next week, to get a bathing suit. Too soon? We’ll see.”
