I am a single mom just trying to make ends meet. I saved up to purchase a 2010 audi a4 for my 16 year old son. I was shown the pages of carfax and assured everything was in working order. 1 month later the entire clutch and flywheel are completely broken and the car is un-drivable and had to be towed to a mechanic who is quoting me $4400 to fix. I live paycheck to paycheck and there is no way I can afford $4400 on a car I just purchased last month. I reached out to the business and received no response. I think it's very poor business practice to sell a car knowing these issues. There is no way on earth that a clutch and flywheel would go in a months time with very little miles put on the car. Now I'm stuck with a car that does not work and I cannot afford to fix. My son now has no transportation to and from school. Shady business practices. I'd stay away from this "dealership"

OUT OF STATE BUYER BEWARE.I recently purchased a 2015 Range Rover Autobiography from Gints at Four Seasons over the phone from Texas. The vehicle looked like the pictures for the most part. And when I asked if everything is in working order he assured me everything was. When I received the vehicle the a/c hadn’t been recharged, so I expressed it to him and he apologized and said to let him know what it cost to recharge and he would “Venmo” me the amount. I sent him a pic of the receipts and 3 1234yf refrigerant cans it required to refill, which totaled $230. I have yet to hear back from him. ?

This big one of my many vehicle purchases this was definitely one of the best experiences my fiancé and I have had. They were recommended by friends who have purchased from them before. The owner was great and the managers explanation and description of vehicle was accurate l. Plain and Simple the customer service was exceptional and the vehicle is great. Looking forward to future purchases.

Maybe I got lucky. I like to leave a thorough review once a long enough time has passed, but I’ll spare the small details. I bought a one owner 06 Cayenne S with 105k miles back in 2017. Still own the car and drives great with 172k with the exception of a wheel bearing shot, driveshaft, and coolant pipe upgrade which comes with the territory of these vehicles. Almost each time I have encountered a car dealership for a used vehicle I really liked and ultimately bought, they were always European descent of some sort. From all my interactions though, they do always seem to have some kind of ego complex and get aggressive when the conversation isn’t going their way even just asking simple questions about the car, didn’t get that here but could definitely believe some of the other reviews. Looks like I dodged the bullet on my car looking back at the other reviews in that similar period of time. I was vigilant and got my Prepurchase Inspection from a certified Porsche mechanic and they gave me the green light. I highly recommend the PPE especially for the euro luxury cars they sell and look into specific issues for the year and model before you even invest your time stepping into a place like this. Dennis was my sales guy, he was pretty friendly. There was a tire pump missing from the back and he told me to purchase and screenshot and he would reimburse me, but he never did. If you say you are going to do something I expect another man to honor that, I attempted multiple times without success. I say I was lucky considering it was my first Porsche. In fairness, they did throw in a new set of oem floor mats. It will be my last purchase ever though because I’m tired of the general shadiness and con job vibe you get at the dealerships. I buy salvage now at least you know exactly what you are getting.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase and my experience with this establishment. I'm grateful for the sales rep who made the tedious process seem so simple and guided me with every step of the way on what is expected of me on my end. I love my G wagon, it was a steal and I'm so happy with it. Thank you again to the guys for an easy transaction and for a great car! Sorry for all the questions! Haha. If I'm ever shopping for another car I'm only coming to you guys!

Called 8 different times on three different days. No answer at all! It’s pretty clear now why the car I saw had been listed for almost 300 days. Ive never seen a car dealership that doesn’t want to sell a car.

Quite an experience. We were attracted to an older Volvo with a great Carfax report. Took the trip down and made a deal. It was late in the day so we did not complete all the paperwork. When we went back Gints told us we were all set but the bank required GAP insurance. I questioned this on such an inexpensive vehicle and he told me there was nothing I could do. So I called the bank directly and they told me that the GAP insurance was 100% optional. After that Gints told me they needed more time to get the car ready so we gave him an extra day and picked the car up on a Saturday morning.Drove the car home and spent a couple days waiting for the title. Then once we were able to register it we brought it in for inspection and our mechanic informed us that the Catalytic converters had recently been removed. According to Car Guru this car was on the lot for well over a month. After a slightly heated conversation they agreed to install the missing cats free of charge. Our mechanic said the parts alone were over $1500.I think we ended up with a good vehicle but there were a few things about the process that felt shady.

I just recently bought a Tesla model S with the guys here at Four Seasons Motor Group. I had a great experience and they worked well to keep me well informed through the entire process. I would recommend everyone check out their inventory when looking to buy a car as this was the best car buying experience I've had and I'm really happy with my new car!
