Pleased stay away from the reapir shop!!!
brought my Dodge Ram 1500 to this repair shop expecting a reliable repair, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.
They initially assured me that the vehicle would be fixed, but after charging us a considerable amount for only a few basic repairs, the truck still doesn’t run properly.
Despite the high cost, the service did not resolve the original problems, leaving the vehicle in worse condition than before.The lack of transparency about pricing and the quality of the work performed were very concerning.
I would strongly advise future customers to request clear, itemized estimates and to verify all repairs before payment. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

Bought a Jeep from them and after about couple weeks, transmission started acting up. Turned out, some of the bolts on transmission pan were stripped and snapped so it was leaking oil. I havent even got a chance to take my car to a shop. I think what happened is that they tried to change transmission fluid and filter and snapped rusted nuts. Just added some extra fluid and let it sit before some looser picks it up. Call to the shop and the manager was very rude and denied anything, saying the car left in perfect shape...

Stay away from this shop. They sold me a car with crossed -threaded spark plugs and now I need to remove the cylinder head to fix / replace it. It is a $2-3k job.
I’m not local and I called them to try to work something out but a Yemen guy who was in change, just yelled at me and refused to help. He told me that he has 13-15 employees who he pays $300 each (idk why he told me that).
Point of the story, it was already suspicious that it is a gas station sale, but I figured Ill give them a shot…
Now I’m facing a huge repair bill and they refuse to help me or take some of the responsibility. They told that they have mechanics who check cars throughly before selling them. What a lie!
I drove the car for a little over 1k miles and you never get cross-threaded spark plug just from driving a car.
I’m sure they knew it which why they were flexible in price. Maybe they even tried to fixed it which would explain also broken connectors to all coils but getting nowhere, they just dumped the car.
Now the car has a misfire and some of the exhaust smoke with oil comes through messed up threads and smokes. Of course I now have a misfire code

I left my car there for 6 days for inspection, new tires and some exhaust work. When I picked it up I was charged for work that wasn't done (tire alignment) and had a dead battery that was absolutely no issue before trusting this place with my vehicle. After going back and forth with various mechanics which involved them trying first to blame me, and then blame each other, we come to find out my car was left on by mechanics and shot my battery. My back seat was destroyed by mechanics and now needs to be completely replaced, tried to talk their way out of that one too, and the real kicker, they still failed me for inspection after allegedly doing the work that was needed to pass inspection. This put a horrendous taste in my mouth. They say a customer with a positive experience will tell 5 people but a customer with a negative one will tell 25, so hopefully this reaches at least 25 of you and you can take it for what it's worth. For me though, I will not be recommending or returning to this place

From getting gas at a full service operation to having my annual auto inspection done, I have found Paradise Citgo to do a great job. No convenience store, no fancy incentives, just good customer service. It has an old school vibe, which reminds me of my childhood.

Always eager to help they do great work. I dropped a 10 dollar bill on the floor of the car and the mechanic came up to me and said "here ma'am you dropped this" - who does that? I will take my car there any time. They're good for inspections too. Highly recommend.

I have been doing business with this garage for five years. They have treated my car like a PCP treats a patient. I totally trust them and have never felt taken advantage of or overcharged.

This place is the best. They are always honest. I never feel like I'm being screwed over when I come here which I've felt many other places as someone who knows zero about cars. They are realistic with their turnaround time. Could not recommend a better mechanic.

Amazing service!!!! Gus is a man of his word let me tell you. Everything he promised me he delivered on. I bought my daughter her first car there for a more than reasonable price. Installed new brakes as well as wipers without me even pointing out anything with the vehicle. I would definitely recommend anybody who’s looking to buy an auto to go see Gus. I’m sure with that kind of customer service all the other services he offers are superb.

Took my 2015 Jeep here for service. These guys put in a drive shaft, new tires, brakes, (pads and rotors) and a oil change all in 2 days. Definitely a hefty bill, but there was a lot of work done. My wife also brings her car here for oil changes, which are usually right around 40-50$, ( 100$+ at Valvoline down the street ) they also check and fill all fluids, and they do it in 20 min.. definitely a good spot..
