This store is honestly the best! The customer service is 10/10, and the efficiency is even better! I made the mistake of going to another store, and I deeply regretted it because the customer service did not compare to this store & the amazing employees. They’re truly excellent!

How can I prevent issues with pre shipment with USPS? I shipped 2 items on Aug 16th and unfortunately they didn't make it and I have lost my paid funds from the buyer. I do ask for receipt but told its not helpful. Just trying to see what I can do moving forward.

Came in this morning to over night an envelope. I forgot to get his name but the guy who helped we was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed, even if I was stumbling over my words from a hectic morning haha. Thank you again for a great experience! I’ll definitely be back.

I went to the Store on January 31st to print two Pages and they charge me almost $3 bucks for two Pages that is ridiculous because it would have been cents for two pages, very bad experience and overpriced, I wouldn’t recommend this place to print documents.

My wife and I went to the store to ship a piece of furniture on the evening of 12/6. The store representative told us it was too big to ship and it clearly was not (at least 20 inches to spare on the 120 inch limit, the piece was 44x20x32 inches all around). He was rude, condescending and unhelpful throughout the entire interaction. Will not be going through UPS anymore.
