I recently had the pleasure of working with Jeff at the Verizon store on Paradise Rd in Swampscott. Jeff made upgrading my phone so seamless and easy. He walked me through the entire process and was very accessible & responsive to my needs along the way. After the upgrade, I had a few issues come up & Jeff was incredibly helpful, professional and kind along the way. I would recommend this store without reservation. Great experience!

Visited this Verizon location after being extremely disappointed by the one closest to my house. I found this location after searching for a store that had an Apple Watch Ultra 2 in stock. Getting to the store about 45 minutes before close wasn't an issue at all and ended up purchasing a phone upgrade for my Mom while ordering the watch, as the one listed by Verizon was already reserved for another customer.
Jeff helped us quickly, honestly and is very knowledgeable about the current programs and offerings to achieve the best deal possible.
I was so happy with the interaction it resulted in me purchasing my daughter her first phone when I went to pick up my watch. To be fair the current deals Verizon had going were just too good to pass up, but having an honest salesperson to walk you through the process always makes it that much better. Especially with something like mobile devices and contracts, which are usually drifting in a sea of hidden fees and confusion.
I am already recommending to anyone who will listen that it's worth the drive to this location if they need to interact with Verizon for device upgrades or new service.

I am beyond disappointed by the customer service I received by Jeff and the regional district manger, Joe after the purchase of our phones. My husband and I were given the impression that we would be eligible for a rebate which was an added incentive. After submitting rebate info, we learned that the swampscott store wasn’t eligible. Jeff attempted to elevate which I appreciated then I never heard back from Jeff nor the regional district manager, Joe to resolve. We were also told our bill would be $150 which this month became $180. As new customers to Verizon Wireless, this was a discouraging and disappointing first encounter sales and customer service experience with the store.
