“I was walking through the mall looking for a place to clean my chain. Isabella was very kind, courteous, and helpful. She took precaution- not wanting to damage my necklace. She was able to clean it and it came out sparkling!”

“I recently had a wonderful experience working with Linda S. To help me pick out a new item. Her knowledge and professional advice guided me through the process and I am very pleased with my purchase. Aron provided expertise on appraising some pieces I brought in to the store. It is a family owned business-which you sense from start to finish as shown by the personal and attentive service they provide. I look forward to shopping at Long’s for years to come.”

“Just needed a new appraisal for a 30 year old piece of jewelry purchased at E.B. Horn, called in the morning had it in my email that afternoon. Always a great company to do business with!”
“This is just my favorite place. They are SO KIND AND NICE. And on top of that their quality is amazing. My husband got my engagement ring here and we got wedding bands as well as I’ve gotten Jewlery for myself. Every time I walk in i have a great experience.”

“I went for a watch battery replacement. The owner performed the battery change in like 1 minute, and only charged $14.00! He was super nice, the store was easy to find! I recommend 100%!!!”
“Great experience, I was looking for a well priced solution for a need I had and I got treated as if I was spending thousands. Excellent attention and great customer service. Know your local resources. This is a good one.”
“My fiance and I got our wedding bands from DeScenza diamonds. We went for their wedding band event that they hold annually in March which has a large selection of bands and a good discount- I believe 30% off. They had a free raffle to enter just for coming and free champagne. We both found the perfect rings and ordered them that day. Unfortunately on pick up, the ring my fiance brought home for me was completely different than the one I had picked out. I had to bring it back and return it, and then they had to reorder the ring I had wanted. Due to that mix up I cannot give 5 stars, but they did make the exchange relatively painless. Overall I would go there again and recommend them to others.”
“I have been visiting Carmen for years now and have not had anything but perfect. I had a ring that just would not keep losing stones and Carmen correct this problem. He is such a doll. He is just nothing but a professional, friendly, kind , etc.”

“My first experience at Cambridge Jewelry and Watch Buyers exceeded my expectations! Jim Vellucci, the owner, was knowledgeable, friendly and honest about the process. I brought him an estate ring that was left to me by my grandmother along with some assorted gold jewelry to sell. Not only did he offer me the most money but we sat together and he explained step by step how he tests the gold with various gold acids on a stone to determine the karat.
The trip to Downtown Boston was both profitable and educational! I highly recommend Cambridge Jewelry and Jim. I will definitely be back.”
“I had a great experience at Bromfield. It was quiet, private, professional and personable. Came in with a handful of small old gold jewelry pieces and left with more than expected. There's a necessary level of trust when doing this, and it felt trustworthy and even though I am not experienced, the pieces were all identified as what I thought they were. He also helped with some appraisals of other things I was curious about but not parting with. Will be back if I have anything else to let go of.”
“This is primarily a shop that displays an impressive number of clocks for sale, and repairs clocks and watches. The gentleman and his wife who own the shop are old school, very charming, and very helpful. The owner/watch-clock repairman only changed my watch battery on the spot for $15, which is a fair price around here. And on a Sunday afternoon at that. But far more interesting and entertaining was conversation with other customers who were there for clocks and were obviously repeat customers. A first-rate place and conveniently located.”
