Hello everyone I’m chaplain rich I truly disappointed in the behavior of the owner. I have a few parishioners that have expressed to me that this gentleman has taken there money and not following threw with his obligation to these hard working god fearing people one who happens to be disabled.i will be happy to do a follow up report once the owner makes these people financially whole. My recommendation do not exchange any business dealings with this dealership until he rights his wrongs with the ones he owes money to. I wish u all a safe blessed lent blessings to anyone who has been affected by this dealership business practices.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Found during test drive that the ball bearing were shot. Took more than a month to get the car ready with all the back and forth: car is ready, sorry it’s not ready come tomorrow, come back in a few days, the car was sold to someone else, the car isn’t sold, etc. should have gone with my gut and ran away. Unfortunately we didn’t. Less than 2 weeks after purchasing it started sputtering while going up a small hill. We first thought it may be a fuel injector or maybe the oxygen sensor. Fast forward 2 1/2 months and very minimal driving later (less than 200 miles) brought the car to mechanic and found that the transmission is junk and will cost 4-6k to rebuild/ replace. They walked away with $7k and my teen daughter is now stuck with a piece of garbage car. Stay away from here and go somewhere else unless you like to lose your hard earned money. They are nothing but thieves and have nothing but excuses. Now they have opened at a different location in Seekonk under a different name (First Group Auto) to continue their scamming.

FACTS: I paid for a car in Dec '23 requesting a couple of mechanical fixes which was agreed. Fast forward, many text sent from me with little to NO response from the "owner" Eddie. I paid cash thinking he would get the deal and repairs done quickly. Feb. finally picked up my car from his so-called mechanic Auto MD out of Warren RI. Car was worse than when I bought it! Brought it to my mechanic and now we are looking into about $5,000 in repairs. Not even able to get a sticker as the car is UN-DRIVEABLE! STAY AWAY. HE IS YOUR TYPICAL USED CAR SALESMAN. Him and his buddies have it down to a science, He's never available. THIEF

I would only get a car here if it’s in good condition and doesn’t need repairs. I bought a car like 2 months ago and still haven't received it and it’s impossible to get a hold of the owner and when you do it’s either excuses or something stupid. They couldn’t fix the car themselves so they sent it off out of state. Like why would you put a car on sale when it’s not drivable and you can’t fix it yourself. They’re all nice people there but they cannot do business and it’s a shame since they seem genuine.

Absolutely horrible. Don’t ever buy anything from this place or people. They do not return calls, texts or emails. They block you after you purchase. They also make fraud claims. Please do not spend a dime here. Horrible service. They also lost my whole file! And lost my title! The 4WD on my Silverado also stopped working. Never ever ever buy from here

Do NOT ever buy a car from this useless, unprofessional place. The owner is extremely unprofessional and will avoid or reject any calls from previous or recent buyers. If you leave a voicemail, he will NEVER call you back. You can call him daily, weekly, monthly and leave a voicemail each time and he will still never call you back. Your calls will legit get rejected by him.So let me start on the incident that happened. I was with my boyfriend. He paid a large amount in cash for a 5 Series BMW. He drove the car for less than a week, meaning it never passed inspection. Then the car broke down.He contacted the dealership and had his car towed to the establishment. The dealership decided to send the car to their own mechanic that does not specialize in BMWs and was unable to figure out the problem and fix it.The car dealership gave my boyfriend the mechanic’s contact information. Ever since then, the car dealership avoided/rejected all of my boyfriend’s calls, voicemails and messages. My boyfriend had to contact the mechanics continuously to get any updates on the car. The mechanics had to fix the pump, pulley, timing belt and sensors but was still unable to find the main problem that caused the car to be unable to start. The car was held at the mechanics for about 3 months. My boyfriend tried contacting the dealership continuously about getting his money back because the car NEVER passed inspection but the calls were never answered and he never received callbacks. In the 3 months, he went to the car dealership multiple times, asking for his money back to buy another car. The car dealership said that it had to be on a buyback since the car was over 120k on mileage. The owner did not want to give my boyfriend another car at the same price on a buyback. Also in the 3 months, my boyfriend asked for another car while they worked on fixing the BMW. After a day though, they asked for the car back. He had to drive all the way back there in the car with his sister in her car following him, so he could return the car they let him borrow.I called on my boyfriend’s behalf on my phone to check if his calls were straight up getting rejected. I left a voicemail but never received any callbacks. It has been over 4 months now. My boyfriend had to pay with his own money to get his car towed to BMW to check what the problem with the car is. BMW said the timing belt was shredded and then it went to the cam shaft, which effected the engine. Therefore the engine is messed up. He was told he had to buy a new engine. My boyfriend called the dealership about the engine. The dealership said they’d buy the engine. They told my boyfriend that they’d buy the engine while he would have to pay for the labor. They didn’t respond in any way afterwards. Now my boyfriend has to buy the engine and get it fixed himself. This is a pitiful, disappointing place. Do not waste your money on a piece of trash car dealership. Pick a different place. Save yourself from wasting money and the stress.

They are very helpful purchasing a vehicle can be a stressful experience, plus the cost of a used vehicle right now is absolutely ridiculous! I was able to purchase a vehicle that is in good shape for its age and runs well for my price range.

Would give 0 stars if possible. My husband bought a truck (in my mother in laws name for ins purposes incase he tries to say he has no record of my name in his system as I’ve seen him reply to other reviews). When we test drove it on a Saturday the engine light was on but he said it was going to his mechanic to get a wire fixed, they were just waiting on the part to come in. When we went back that Monday with paperwork the truck wasn’t on the lot and he said it was at the mechanic. He then gave us the run around for almost 2 weeks saying he was waiting on it being registered. Finally his office lady tells us on a Wednesday he was getting it inspected Thursday and we could we can go pick it up Friday. We drive out there that Friday and end up waiting for 30 minutes because his worker “took it to get detailed” (definitely was not detailed). When he got back with it he hands us the keys and in the time it took us to realize there was no inspection sticker, look over the registration (which was dated 8 days prior), and see That the engine light was still on as we pulled out of the lot, then turn around to go tell him and he was nowhere to be found in the building or outside and his office lady had no clue where he went and even said “the car he’s been driving is right there so I don’t know where he is”(a little coincidental). She told us we could go ahead and bring it to our mechanic since we live almost 2 hours away and Eddie would pay for whatever needed to be fixed. So even though we paid him to get an inspection that didn’t get done and we were outside the 7 day window we still got a rejection sticker to have record of it before our mechanic diagnosed the issue. Turns out the truck needs a new engine which costs $7,500 including labor. We get ahold of Eddie after another week and a half ish and he said no way it costs that much my mechanic would do it for $3,000, so we told him to pay our mechanic that $3,000 and we’ll foot the rest since 1, we do not trust his mechanic after he supposedly was already fixing the issue clearly he didn’t even diagnose the right problem (if it ever even went to his mechanic) and if his mechanic did do work he let it leave still with the light on, and 2, we are almost 2 hours away and had already driven out there 3 times and with him being so hard to get ahold of it didn’t seem like a smart idea to bring it so far to a mechanic we didn’t know or trust and not be able to get ahold of Eddie, but there’s been no response just total silence since we offered that compromise. So at this point we’re stuck footing the bill to replace the engine on the truck we just bought a month ago and have only gotten to drive home. Before we drove the 2 hours to test drive the truck I looked up reviews and saw a few bad ones but mostly good ones. His responses to the bad reviews make it seem like he rights his wrongs but we know now it’s just for public show to give false trust and get more sales. It wasn’t until we started getting the run around about “waiting on the rmv” that I really started digging and saw the really bad reviews describing similar situations to what we’ve experiences. Just now I’m seeing his response to a review where he says “I’d never let a car be on the road that is not safe” so why was a truck with a bad engine sold? and why did he avoid getting it inspected? the only logical reason he would avoid getting it inspected would be because he knew a vehicle can not pass with a check engine light because it’s UNSAFE.And if he replies to this review as he has a habit of doing, I’m assuming he’ll have some excuse for not getting it inspected and/or say he didn’t know the light was on, but again he told us when we test drove it why the light was on, and his worker was driving it 5 minutes before we picked it up which the light obviously was on while he was driving it too

This dealership is flat out crooked. Was going to purchase a car that was $9700. I used professional sites with outstanding record to calculate the payments that I would be looking at for putting $5000 dollars down. More than half the cars worth. At the interest rate and months they gave me plus including the extra for registration and etc fees. At worst I should of been looking at $160 to $170 monthly payments at 40 months, when he reaches back out to me after going to the finance company he states that my payments would be $300. No amount of math could justify those numbers. At a 16.99% interest rate. I would be looking at an additional $12000 I’d be paying on top of my down payment. So overall $17000 for a $9700 car. At only a 17% interest rate. That’s unfathomable. This dealership is just crooked. Avoid any issues and stay away. When I texted the owner to send me a copy of the paperwork from the lender he was dealing with. I was ignored and received no more answers.

I would not recommend this place. Once you drive away they will not respond to you any more. I am 4 months out and still waiting on a part they ordered from Amazon for my car that magically got stolen the day before I picked it up...... Funny I ordered the same part and got it the next day!!!! All lies, they may seem nice to your face but total act. I would give them no stars but google wont let me save this till I choose one.Good luck to anyone that has to deal with them.

Read complete review for responses to his messageHad a horrible experience this week with them. Went and looked at a car was so excited about it. Tried financing with them but didn’t quite work out but Eddie suggested we talk to our bank we currently have a loan with. Went to the bank the following morning did everything we needed to and was at the car lot before anyone was even there. Messaged Eddie who told me a time when he would be there and returned then (11am). Spoke with the women in the office (forgot her name) while waiting for Eddie to return still. The car was actually out on a test drive at that very moment. Told her all the info and about the bank and our offer. Just as Eddie arrived a few moments later the women walked back in from talking to the people that had returned from the test drive and told us the car is sold. We did exactly what they suggested and while waiting in office they just sold the car from right under us!!! Wasted 2 days with them trying to get it figured out and finally was all set, an for them to sell it while we stood in the office waiting for Eddie! I will never ever go back to them and I will continue to pass on this experience that was so wrong onto people I know that is car shopping.Responding to your message; then why were we not turned away after we gave the offer if you were not possibly going to except it, but instead waited in the office for over 15 to 20 minutes till she was done talking to the other people that returned from the test drive. If that offer was not acceptable then why were we waiting for that long with getting our hopes up? Also the bank said the car was only worth $8000 so our offer was not unreasonable!! So don’t try and make it like we lowballed you!! I’m sure you guys pressured the other people by telling them there was a current in office offer and if they can do better its theirs. This isn’t my first car purchase I know how guys like you work!! Next time don’t waste people’s time!!!

I've had my car since December 2022. I had to bring it back to them once the fix my struts and for a front end alignment (which they claim that Ford fixed before I payed for the car). Fixed the issues after a couple weeks, while they had my car I got a letter in the mail that my registration was suspended because they never inspected it (when I dropped my car off they told me they would inspect it the next day). When I finally got ahold of them (Never respond to calls, could never get ahold of Eddie, only occasionally Sandy) they told me to bring my car to them for inspection, they already had my car at this point it was in the lot waiting for an appointment with their mechanic. THEY FORGOT THEY HAD MY CAR! Now I'm about to bring it to a mechanic for the second time in three months of having my car. I've spent more on my car than my current car payments just for repairs alone. Clearly no mechanic looked at my car before they sold it to me. I will admit they were super helpful before they had my money, afterwards though they only cared about getting me out of their hair. I would give them zero stars if I could.
