Let me just say the owner and people that work here are great at their jobs and also have hearts of GOLD! Im a C.N.A and had just bought a brand new car 2nd day the bumper falls off now I don't have a lot of money due to buying the car I told Dave my situation and he set up a Payment plan and had me back to serving my community as a C.N.A during this pandemic! Thank you for everything guys I don't no what I would have done with out u guys! Made my car brand new again❤

I had an accident but didn't have enough insurance. I had to pay for repairs myself. I was referred by my mechanic here. They did an excellent job for a very cheap price . And there was a lot of front end damage. I would refer them for any work needed.

I wouldn't even give 1 star .... I took my van to Deperrio's after someone ran a stop sign and hit my passenger side. After getting a phone call a month later saying its ready. I noticed the paint job did not match the rest of the van, my fender was still not fix correctly, my mirror is falling off and the door doesn't close right. When addressing the problems with the owner Dave he said what do you expect from after market parts. Are you kidding me. Do I look that dumb. O so how does he explain the switch inside being backwards... Maybe you should look at your workers that don't know what they are doing !!!!! DON"T GO HERE !!!!!!!!!

Long story short, I took my near mint condition 95 525i BMW here after some guy decided to pull out in front of me crushing my front fender, bending my hood, and popping a hole through my radiator and Washer Spray container. When dropping off the car I only had for half a year, I pressed the issue to them that I had intentions of one day putting the car in a car show, they said they would take care of me. So they replaced the hood, fender, and all the other parts. Sounds good right? Well, let me tell you . .. When I received the car back, it looked OK ,besides for the odd paint swirls on the hood which I did not notice right away. Two days later I went to wax my baby ( Yes, I love my car), and I noticed that the layer of paint on the hood was either very thin, OR they simply didn't buff it hard enough. I took it back and expressed concern about the hood. So they took a buffer to it, and it pretty much fixed the problem for .. Probably a half year. Not only that, I didn't notice it right away, but they did not screw the fender down properly and now when I touch it, it practically flaps. Few Months later the paint started to chip, and now three years later my once beautiful hood is littered with chips of rust. Now, let me remind you that the car is a 95, and the previous hood had survived MANY years without a single chip appearing upon it. Just recently, I was driving down the highway when I noticed something rip off the front of my car and go flying off behind me. I didn't think anything of it, until I got out of my car. It turns out the #@$@$@$ from Deperrio, couldn't even be bothered to put a real hood emblem on my car, instead he used LIQUID NAIL to put some cheap ass aluminum sticker where the otherwise chrome emblem is supposed to be. If only that emblem fell off sooner, I most likely would have taken it and shown him where he can put it. You pay for premium insurance to get the best work done to your car as possible, why is it somoene like this takes advantage? It's completely outrageous, and disgusting. If you take pride in you car -Do NOT- go here. **IMPORTANT PAINT NOTE**** A few months after I wrote the above, I had my car brought to another body shop to get the bumper worked on. The expert over there, told me the reason the hood was chipping was because I quote: " .. The last person who worked on it did a horrible job, they didn't put the primer layer down, they only sanded it, and put the paint down." I bet you can imagine how angry I felt about DePerrio after that!! ********
