Although I see many positive Reviews, mine was not so positive... I called in the morning and made a 12:00 noon appointment to have one tire plugged due to a screw in the tire. Having had this procedure completed many times in the past, I was expecting to be in and out in under an hour (at most). At 1:45 pm, I asked for my keys and walked out. I drove to a gas station down the street, had the tire plugged and was driving down the road by 2:00 pm. I understand being under-staffed (I spoke with another customer who was there for 2 hours for minor work), but I would suggest limiting the number of accepted appointments so as to avoid future irritated customers.

The gentleman this morning from Firestone that took my mother‘s car this morning when she dropped it off he was Very polite and generous to her I appreciate that and also the mechanic that took the current did everything he needed to do and he also called me to let me no, what he was going to put in and how much it was gonna cost and he explained everything that he did to the car what was good and bad he said everything looked great. Took his time. No rush to get off the phone. That was great to hear and very good to know that there were no rush to get off the phone this time what was needed what was not needed? What was good was not good I appreciate that. That’s a place you definitely that I would recommend anyone to go to Firestone that’s for sure.

The gentlemen who work here are phenomenal! I was greeted by Manny, who was professional, courteous and friendly. Kevin processed my check out and reviewed everything with me in detail, answering my questions with patience. His suggestions for tire rotation and balancing were GREATLY appreciated. Looking forward to continuing to do business with this totally wicked awesome establishment!

I had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change and fluid checks, and was waiting for my car. At 3:00 they began work on my car. If it was going to take that long, what did I make an appointment for?

Took advantage of my wife. Sold her a lifetime alignment package, then refused to align her car unless she did $2000 of unnecessary work. Another shop confirmed the work would not have been necessary. Don’t treat women well. I would give stars if I could.
