“Been an Allstate home and auto customer since we moved to Tiverton RI in 1989. Over the years we’ve been fortunate and have not really “needed” them, but it was always a comfort to know they were there if the time came.That time came in the form of a broken water pipe in our finished basement. We contact Heather immediately and she got the ball rolling with the corporate property adjuster Jeff. Within days we had a remediation contractor on site who got things dried and cleaned. From there we hired a carpeting contractor for new flooring, and worked with a specialty supplier to repair damage to the insulated wall. Throughout the process our Allstate partners were professional, courteous, responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The end result was a like-new living area that we are comfortable in and proud to share with family and friends.We’ve all heard horror stories of difficulty in dealing with the insurance company that you’ve paid thousands of dollars to over the years but are not responsive when filing a claim. Ourdealings with Heather and Allstate couldn’t be further from this scenario: it was as great an experience as it could have been considering the circumstances. As we told Heather, we hope we never see her again (under these circumstances, anyway), but if we do we know we are in “good hands”.Five Gold Stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.”
