He got the car running, but the reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of his absolute honesty. He was very clear with me that the jump wasn't going to hold for very long—warning me it might not even hold the next time I tried to start the car—and advised me to make alternative arrangements. He ended up being exactly right!
During that first visit, he had offered me a replacement battery at a discounted price for being a AAA member. After thinking it over, I realized it was the smartest move and called them back. Just like the first time, they showed up immediately. Within just a few minutes, they had the brand-new battery installed, handed me the warranty, and I was good to go.
