“I’ve been a customer of this BM store for many years now.
The paint is the best quality I’ve ever used and the Bath n Spa I just repainted my master bath with is pretty dang amazing!
The paint is great quality but what truly keeps me a customer of this store vs any other is your staff. As a dedicated DIY’er, Lance has helped me with countless project supplies from start to completion. From which paint works best for each, to sandpaper, brushes and rollers.
For a long time I didn’t bother with an “account” but now I love having one simply because at my age, the memory’s not quite as good and it’s a record of what I used for each project.
Lance is truly a dedicated employee who shares his immense knowledge of product lines, even with the DIY community like me.
Thankful to live close by so being a patron of this store is convenient too.”
