I have had various sizes and shapes of tables and chairs for many years. I decided that I wanted furniture that would last for years to come. My husband and I stopped it and looked around and found a set that would be great for our family. We purchased the long rectangle table with 8 chairs. In the colors we wanted. John told us that it could take 6-8 weeks and we were OK with that. However, it was ready in 4 weeks. The guys delivered the set and set it up exactly where we wanted it. Loved it so much, went back and bought the glider my husband kept eyeing for him for father's day. Thanks John!

I ordered a table and 2 rockers from Summers Wicker & Patio. When I brought them home and sat in the rocker I learned that the table was higher than a regular table and the rockers were lower, so you feel like you are sitting in a hole. When I had ordered the set the sales person knew I was using them together but after the fact was back peddling that he thought we were not using the rockers with the table. Just be very careful if you buy anything from this store.

Don't bother.First off. Why are there no recent reviews? Need to ask yourself that.So first off.What's that word I'm looking for? customer something.Well don't worry there isn't any.St. Patrick's Day, my wife and I ordered a set of chairs. We were told the chairs were in stock but we had to wait on whatever cushion we wanted.We were told it would be 6 to 8 weeks.11 weeks later and at least half a dozen calls, we get an answer that we have to wait another minimum of 4 weeks which puts us into last week of June or first week of July.But that's minimum.Then we were told we can switch to a cushion which is in stock, which we weren't told earlier.And that if we had a problem the in stock option would be refundable.We switched to the in stock option then later on decided to cancel.We were told that no matter what it was not refundable and that even though we were going with the stock option it was still considered a custom order, but the custom order has not even been started being made yet.Manager of the store was pretty rude over the several times we've talked and I asked to talk to his boss and was told that" if I really wanted somebody else to tell me I wasn't getting my refund back that the owner would call me and tell me that"

Wife and I ordered chairs on St Patrick's day.Chairs are in stock have to wait on cushions.We were told it's a 8 week wait.11 weeks later we're still waiting.Can't get a hold of anyone, hours of operation are not correct and nobody returns phone calls.At this point, I would not bother picking up anything except for the large non return deposit.I would even just take the chairs and get cushions elsewhere

We purchased a 48" round dining table and six chairs, two tables and two gliding chairs. We told our salesperson what we wanted and he helped us find everything, recommended options to need our budget and ordered everything in our color choice. Sale service was excellent. Delivery service was excellent, on time and everyone was professional and knowledgeable and so helpful.

The gentleman offers very little details on what he has on hand in inventory. No such thing as an real time system? Everything is guesses and "I think" or "I may". Well, I'm here now and need to know. Tries to sway you to buy awful colors he knows he has and probably can't sell. He is a very distracted salesperson/owner named John. Tells stories of other customers when you just don't care. And most awful of all, leans in more to the males because after all they are the breadwinners, right? Being sarcastic. But the worst, very worst of all?!? Does not wear a mask unless a male customer who looks like he has some money and is wearing a mask walks in. Then he slips it on over his mouth. If you're an old man, as there was, or any woman wearing a mask, you don't get the courtesy of his wearing a mask. Who cares, right? SMH

Very nice furniture, customer service is non existent. Showroom does Not return calls. They Take your deposit and put off delivering for 30 days past promised date.

Great guy, John, was there to answer questions and help us out. We've been thinking about getting a Berlin Gardens dining table and chairs for a while. So glad we ordered through this local company.

I would of given this shop negative stars but its not possible on here. One of the staff members today 7/12/2018 wile i was doing business with a different place in the plaza wass verry aggressive and bullying. And carried himself in a verry unprofessional way . After approaching him about the truck being in the fire lane and blocking the way i needed to go with a tailor he escalated the conversation verry quickly and started swearing at me after i started to walk away back to my truck saying and i quote " f*** off and pound bricks". I will never shop there and im telling everyone i know not to no one like that deserves to be in business. Extremely disappointed in how someone especially a business owner wold act like that.. this is exactly that happend. And a owner that is now lieing about what happend if he or she was not even there. There is no excuse for the was i was talked down to i do not stand for bullying. DO NOT PASS OFF BLAME.

One of the workers was verry rude and i wasent even in the store yet peapole with that type of attitude do not belong in business after politely approaching him he sed and i quote "f*** off and pound bricks" all this stemmed from me asking if he could moove his truck from the fire lane so i could pull my truck with a trailer around without crossing a 4 lane highway. But he sed that befor i walked away. Do not go there small business dont deserve your money if they r like that to customers or none-customers.
