The truck was clean and ready for us at rental time. Rental pick-up and drop-off was easy. The price was exactly what was quoted. Couldn't have asked for a smoother experience!

What a waste of time. Went in for two boxes on Sunday 9/17 at 430pm and associate stated he couldnt sell me anything because the POS system was down. I said not too worry as I was paying cash. He then said he still couldnt sell the boxes because we would never be able to figure out the tax without the computer.Are you kidding me?? This guy is too stupid to take the price clearly stated above the boxes and add 6.25%???COMPLETE IDIOT!!The owner must really be proud of the super geniuses he has employed at this location.

When they tell u to check for damages, they say it's fine, they know what they are. Not very professional. He said check for stickers on damage, don't think they had enough. But it worked for what I needed. Wouldn't recommend.

This is one of the best locations for U-Haul I have ever been at. Many a different options for storage all drive up and extremely convenient from many different highways. What I like most is they have every single piece of equipment available you would need which I've never found at any other U-Haul.

I have my life in storage here ever since my move...nearly one year now. At the actual time of the move came a horrific storm and schedules had to be shifted and changed... Craig, the facility manager, went above and beyond to accommodate absolutely everything to make a traumatic experience and time much less so. They are always friendly and helpful...just great folks -- all of them! Highly recommend!
