I went in yesterday, and needed an engine code read. The gentleman was very helpful. It wound up being low battery, I think it was because of the freezing weather. Excellent customer service!!!!

Joe and Tom were the two most helpful employees i’ve come across at any Auto Parts store. I needed a new battery in a pinch, and not only did they let me use their tools to install it, they even lended me a hand putting it in free of charge. I will definitely come back here for any basic car needs that I have in the future.

I have a car warranty and I went by AutoZone to pick up a couple of receipts they would not give it to me they told me it was all set to come in I went in they told me that they didn't have it but they would contact me when it's all set it's been over two weeks now so to sum this all up I lost my car warranty because of AutoZone

I like the way that there is always neat stacks of auto supply on all the racks. The customer service needs jus a little bit of work. I went there ask a question and the cashier try to belittle me. Hopefully they can be more kind to customers that don't have too little knowledge of what they are searching for

Went into the store yesterday for headlight reconditioning kit. The workers there looked so bored that they were there. Got what I needed and payed for it. It seemed like I was putting the worker out. Went to use it nexted day and found the boxed was taped up. The product must have been returned by another customer. There was things missing out of the box. Watch what you buy there.

I needed 2.5 exhaust flanges (donuts)I brought in the pipe to match up the piece, Emanuel, assisted me getting the piece to fit, this was to fit my jeep Srt exhaust repair, dealer wanted....$85 for 1. I had to drive to Taynham for the 2nd (they only had 1)Kudos to Emanuel, for taking the time to try a few parts til 1 fit, he tried a few and said this is too loose go with part and it fit like a glove. Just made my day. Thank you Sir. Keep up the good work!
