“I recently moved to Norton from Maryland. As a senior citizen, I chose Bluestone Bank for the convenience and benefits for seniors. Also, they have online banking. I opened my account at the Bay Street branch in Norton. Jason Jeffrey, the Assistant Vice President at the Raynham Branch, happened to be working there. He was very friendly and informative. He followed up a couple of days later to let me know my checks had been ordered as well as my debit card. Today I went to the bank to make a deposit and the teller remembered me from last week, even though I did not interact with her directly! I am very happy with the service and so glad I chose this bank!”

I thought I was going to be a major struggle with the timeframe and getting a human on the phone( I no longer live close enough to go in person) Tiago at the Taunton Branch was outstanding! He really tried to understand the request and took the time to figure out how to get it to me and stayed in touch periodically to check in. Since the account was old it took some investigating on his part. I received the letter yesterday.
