“I recently moved to Norton from Maryland. As a senior citizen, I chose Bluestone Bank for the convenience and benefits for seniors. Also, they have online banking. I opened my account at the Bay Street branch in Norton. Jason Jeffrey, the Assistant Vice President at the Raynham Branch, happened to be working there. He was very friendly and informative. He followed up a couple of days later to let me know my checks had been ordered as well as my debit card. Today I went to the bank to make a deposit and the teller remembered me from last week, even though I did not interact with her directly! I am very happy with the service and so glad I chose this bank!”

“I had my card eaten at Crescent's atm on Bay St in Taunton. I was completely panicked. I went to the branch in the industrial park and was greeted by Suzet, the manager of the branch. She was amazing. She knew exactly what to do and even waived the fee for a new card because the atm went out of service on me. She immediately put me at ease and solved my problems. She even made the withdrawal for me that i never got to make ar the atm! Suzet was so kind & went out of her way to make sure I was completely taken care of. I couldnt thank her enough! I am very greatful to have her managing the branch I go to! Thank you again Suzet!!”
