I bought a Motorola Moto g2025 on August 9th it is now August 16th have had nothing but a problem with it it heats up so much you can barely hold it in your hand it goes through a charge a complete charge and 4 hours I went to return it to the store they said they could do nothing for me I should have read the reviews cuz this store absolutely stinks I've been a customer for boost Mobile for 9 years I will not have them anymore I called boost Mobile and they said there's nothing they could do with the store wouldn't return it I should call the manufacturer well I'm going to bite the bullet on it and just go to another company if I could give them a negative five I would but you have to give at least one star

How is it that guy with the attitude is still working there??? Doesn't the Boost district management read these reviews? I've been there a couple of times. That employee completely lacks customer service skills and has no desire to help people. He should be fired. He should be working in a warehouse where he doesn't have to interact with customers. Think his name is Chad.
I highly recommend the Boost location in New Bedford on Kempton St. They know what customer service looks like.

If I could give zero stars I would. I've read the reviews about Chad's severe attitude and disinterest in doing his job. Nice to know I'm not the only one to have had a terrible experience with him. He was so nasty and belligerent that he actually triggered my PTSD and I had to leave and send my partner in after he got mad and yelled at me. NEVER again!!!

The employee was not interested in helping me because they were going to close in 45 minutes and what I wanted was going to take to long. He also said that I couldn't get a certain deal on a phone without transferring my phone number but was able to get the same deal online with a new number like I wanted.

Walked into the store there was a man sitting down with his arms crossed I asked him for assistance as if I was bothering him. Talk to me very belligerently made me not want to go in there ever again. Like you didn't want my business. I went in there after work I am not a bum I'm a working man I got money in my pocket and money in the Bank. The guy just had a bad attitude he didn't want to help me I will never go there again I felt like a piece of crap

Chad is the worst manger and the whole store is such a waste to try goto for anything just call customer service yourself you get better results and less aggravating then to deal with this store at all for anything

I just went this location. The lady name Alyssa is a super star. She is calm and professional. She solved my problem that I couldn't solve in boost mobile that all Brazilian customers waiting and agent. Alissa truly helped my phone problems that went through for 3 years. Now I don't have to worry about! She is the best!! Thank you Alyssa!!!

Genuinely the worst phone purchase experience. Should’ve gone back to New Bedford. I really just felt like a nuisance to whoever this guy is that’s “worked there for 3 years”. Zero customer service. More like buy it and get out. As a fellow salesperson I was honestly baffled.

I swung by the place in Taunton and the door says 5 and online says 5 but was told they close at 4. Maybe you should post an update for customers.

Walked in at 130pm today 2/3. There was a customer dealing with phone support on speaker off to the side, and another couple being serviced. I was waiting patiently for the person to assist as clearly he's only one person. However he wanted to try and multitask rudely and was speaking over the two customers in front of me that he was still helping, asking what I want from 10 feet away. What I wanted was customer service, an explanation of what my options are, and to purchase a new phone/start a new line. Chad Sousa needs some lessons in how to kindly and calmly service one customer at a time. I didnt appreciate the attitude or lack of ability to just simply say I will be right with you. He lost a phone purchase and a new line because I turned around and walked out and drove to the boost mobile in Pawtucket instead.

On September 5th I rushed to the store to make my payment even tho they closed at 7 and it was 6:43 tgey wouksnt tke my payment worst store ever i wasnt askibg for something special I just wanted to be treated fair now I think I'll try another carrier I askedtge woman he name she was very rude and said no Chad said in Chad im not working but sorry can't help u

June first is cycling me through any plan that BOOST wants to put me on for three months at a time? BOOST appears to be scummy liarse and converters.Líes & Scum describe(s) Corporate Customer Service!!!☎️Boost Online: Stated the desired plan change with two different agents that left me hanging . Now I have no data and no idea if the plan will be changed. The Boost Bot easily processed things earlier this week.I told the agent the plan I wanted and he spent fifteen minutes diddling my account. I went for Data and have none and no idea where Boost appropriated these polite unprepossessing agents.It is Saturday without data; I can stay home and diddle my Boost phone on this Saturday night.-How hard is It to add Data or change a plan??? Boost Bot if possible as these two agents were fresh, Green and appear to be clueless as the account has a lot of money but no data delivered 7Jan2023 p.m. In the dark now. ?️??2023 possibly go wrongTNX14Jan23 Lying on phone that Boos Store will use Reboost card to set up new plan and pay for 5GB extra to add to one year plan.
