“We are beginning our search for materials to replace boards and railings on our deck. Doug was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He spent at least 20 minutes showing us the various products from basic to premium that Bucksworth had and could get for us. Professional and friendly.”
“The Mansfield Home Depot is a great location for home owner and contractor supplies. This location has a excellent inventory and almost always meets my needs. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful . Many are individuals retired from skilled positions and able to give one tips and knowledgeable insight. The products provided are of the best value and quality. Returns have never been an issue. If an item is not present, staff will find a location where one can get it the same day.We will definitely return.”
“Recently used costal metal services, I needed a new metal cap for my chimney chase. Very large piece of metal. I am extremely happy with the service I recieved. Built it exactly to the specs I gave, the quality of workmanship was stellar, and a very fast turn around from when I ordered. Cant say enough, highly recommend using coastal metal service for any sheet metal needs, residential or comercial.”

“My sister in law and I went into purchase an built in fireplace/ heater. We had a 10% off coupon. We were sent to see an associate named Joyce. She was very helpful, but the coupon wasn't being taken. She went above and beyond to make sure that we got the 10% off. She is an asset to the company.I love this store. “Even during the height of COVID we did not have any issues with Lowe's at West Bridgewater; products, staff or special installation services... all good! Ordered a new washer and dryer, on time delivery. Had two storm doors installed. No issues. Had custom blinds measured and installed. No issues. Great service. Great staff. They give 10% for veterans. No negatives.”
“I went to this Lowe's to get some screws for my kitchen cabinets and I decided to check on the paint options for our bathrooms. Chris was working in the area and he was very helpful, friendly and resourceful. He spent time with me on helping decide what sheen, what type of paint and what exact hue was best for me. He told me they were running a BOGO at 50% off, and today was the last day..... I was not going to buy my paint at Lowe's but after that excellent customer service, I did. Whenever excellent customer service is provided, happy customers will spend their money there.”

“Highly recommend Riverhead Building Supply! Matt Deasy, Assistant Store Manager, was fantastic to work with—from helping me select the perfect product and color for my front porch and stairs to making sure my order included everything I needed to complete the job. He even went above and beyond to help resolve a minor issue, which I really appreciated.
RBS’s pricing was also about $400 less than Lowe’s and Home Depot for the same materials. But what really stood out was the customer service. Matt knows his stuff and provided truly personalized, knowledgeable assistance—something I unfortunately didn’t get from the “Pro” desks at the other stores, where employees couldn’t answer some of my most basic questions.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at RBS, thanks in large part to Matt’s advice, expertise, and willingness to help. I’ll definitely be back!”
