The food was cold. And waited a long time

Stopped in 310am on 4/9 via drive thru. The employee told me it would be a couple of minutes because of Door Dash orders. I told her I did not mind waiting. Twelve minutes later, I request if I can order. She says she is still working on Door Dash. I ask how many orders left, she states two. I pull out of the lot and observe the two blonde females standing around doing nothing. I leave to drop my co-worker off and return at 3:50 am via drive through. Lady asks if I am Door Dash. I say no. She says, "I am mopping the floor right now, it's going to be a long wait". I pull up to the second window and speak to the gentleman who is clearly trying to make the shift somewhat work, but the woman are not communicating with him, and place my order with him. I catch a glimpse of the two blondes working their and have had issues in the past with these two. I figured after the store renovations and all the money spent to spruce the place up, the staff may have received some Training and Counsel. Frankly, get the regional involved; less you will continue to loose sales and pay employees to chase off your customers. Thankful for the one male employee who gave a darn.

So I sent my boyfriend out to get food and he comes back home empty handed. He said they refused to give him service. He was in the drive thru and they asked him if he was door dash and he said no. So he waited a min and asked again if he could place his order. And again they asked if he was door dash and he said no. The women on the intercom started yelling at him and then one of the workers came out and yelled at him. He said he'd wait on them to get caught up and they told him no that he had to leave. That they had 15 orders in front of him and that he have to wait. He asked if they where refusing him service and they said no but he had to leave and he asked if they were refusing him service again and they said said no but u have to leave. This isn't the first time it's happened at that location. But the last time he convinced them to let him wait. This type of behavior is totally unacceptable and I'm pissed off that they stay under staffed and have long wait times but I'm not rude about it. They where begin mad rude and I'm done giving bk my business. This is totally unacceptable behavior and I won't stand for it ?

I think they hired more people, so I have seen a big improvement in the wait time at the drive thru and when ordering inside. Way better than before. Service is much better.

The Burger King on Winthrop Street should fire all their after midnight employees. Waited at drive thru for 7 minutes and neverplaced an order. The nice young man at break went several times to let them know and nothing. People want a job but don't want to work!

This place is a serious health hazard, felt sick after eating here. Needs a health inspector checked. Waited an hour for the drive thru which is filled with DoorDash drivers and I can hear them yelling in the back when I asked to order. The overnight experience is horrible, better shut down at this hour.

This place has gone downhill so much over the past few years. Last time I went 6 months ago, I ordered a chicken sandwich and whopper and was real sick for hours. There are a bunch of rude workers with bad manners and bad training. Long waits in drive thru makes it ridiculous to even consider. (And I'm sure there are rude customers) They are remodeling the building but unless they have new management I'll never go back. Was a different place back in the day

This place is horrible, terrible customer service. I placed an order through drive thru and shorty on mic was too slow to comprehend a simple order. because i was already frustrated i forgot to mention a mobile order i placed. when i went to get my order i mentioned the mobile order and the lady on the mic told the guy at the window to make me go around the line again to get the mobile order. the line took about 40 minutes to get back around. the lady at the first window told me that the order i placed has been done since i paid for the order on drive thru. so realistically that lady on the mic is honestly terrible her name is like sandra or something . But she needs sum serious work on her customer service skills.
