Clean, bright, safe location. Very well maintained and the staff are kind and supportive. Would have liked at least one day a week (or more) where you could access later at night to support those of us who work later hours. I would highly recommend this location to others.

I’ve had a unit here at Castle Self Storage for over a year and couldn’t be happier with the experience! The facility is incredibly convenient to access, well-maintained, and secure. From the moment we walked in the staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They explained all of our options thoroughly and helped us with making sure our storage needs were addressed. Every time we needed anything they were more than helpful to help us make sound economical decisions. If you ever need a place for storage I highly recommend the services from this staff and location as they will meet your requirements and needs.

Very afford climate control facility the staff here that works here are awesome I cannot ask for anything better facility is excellently cleaned great place to have your belongings especially if you're looking for a facility that is all climate controlled highly recommend

Place is.wack CLOSES AT 5PM ON SATURDAY. THE BUSIEST MOVING DAY. Rude junk bag employees all around terrible customer servuce on Saturday's will legit not let get in you storage the Saturday weekend girl rather close up early and deny paying customers access. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERETAUNTON LOCATION

5/5 star rating at Castle Storage Taunton location. First off the place is clean so someone definitely takes care of the property. The employees are super nice. I am new to storage and the lady was nice and showed me which lock and where my storage space was and how to use the code. Then I just got rid of my storage area today because I didn’t need it anymore and the employee came and helped me get rid of the stuff I didn’t want to bring with me. They have no problem with you using the dumpster which is a huge plus. You would think the employees at a storage place would be like the dmv but they are not. I think I signed one paper when I first got it and showed my license. A huge plus is they let me put my 125cc Honda monkey motorcycle in the storage as long is it had no gas. I got a 5x9 storage I believe and it was 99$ a month. Like I said I wish it was 24/7 so I could bring my motorcycle back at night when I was done riding but sadly these companies have to deal with their insurance companies, it’s not their fault. Better hurry and get a spot because it looks like the spots go quick.

I have used Castle Storage on and off for a few years now. They are all so friendly and accommodating. The place is so clean and neat. The temperature control is great. The prices are reasonable and you get one month free. I highly recommend this storage unit.
