train your employees to not be rude to customers. I had to go to pick up my perscription of VITAMIN D 3 days in a row! That is insane! The first time the put it back on the shelf after calling me and sayin it was ready. They said it would take a half hour. I told them that I would be back tommorow. The next day it still was not ready. AGAIN they said a half hour.....I said I would be back the next day....Guess what!!! It wasn't ready! They again said a half hour! I went into the store to find out what milligrams the dr prescribed and amount per day. They couldn't tell me because they could not pull it up because it was in the process of being filled. She said it would be only a couple minutes......One half hour later, i got my prescription...It's the very last prescripion or any other item that I will EVER purchase from a CVS...OH, and when I asked the lady at the drivethrough how it takes three days to fill a vitamin D prescription, she said, \\\" I guess we are not any good and don't know what we are doing.\\\" I did not ever raise my voice or be rude to her. HORRIBLE customer relations!

My 3 month prescription is always an ordeal. They never have it even though I've had it prescribed for over 3 years at this pharmacy. They order and it takes at least a week at minimum for them to get it. With that said, I just finished my 3 month supply of meds. On my last day I received a letter stating the meds I took were recalled. Too late, I took 3 months supply of bad meds. My blood work was all out of wack and I've had health repercussions. Meanwhile I picked up my new supply. They only had 1 month supply they could give me because they were shipped the recalled one mixed in. So I begged them to please put my order in, because on a good day with no recall it takes over a week and I only was given a 1 month on a 3 month prescription. I was told that's all I could get because I accepted the 1 month and I would have to wait until it was due again. I'm told the computer system doesn't allow them to put the order in. I must have an "idiot" sticker on my forehead if I looked like I could believe that line. Are you telling me they can't pre-order and have in stock my prescription? Nope, can not do! So, 2 weeks into the prescription I called and asked them to fill out my prescription to be proactive. I explained the recall and was afraid it would take longer than the 7-10 day wait. I said I would pick up when it's due, I just wanted it in stock. They said ok. Wheww, I finally got someone who would listen. WRONG. - I'm now down to 6 days and my phone app not showing it was ordered, nor is it giving me the option to reorder. I then drive to CVS, and wait in line just to talk to anyone behind the pharmacy. I asked about my prescription. They check and said that they threw out the prescription because it was recalled. I said yes, that was last month, so I'm not sure what supply she referred to, if it was the new one or not. She checked on the computer and put in my order on the spot, there wasn't any new orders in. I'm now down to 4 days supply, I know it takes longer than that to get it, and I am so stressed out because it still says it is unavailable. Had they just ordered when I asked, we wouldn't be playing this game. I'm tired of getting stressed out over this prescription. They are the closest CVS, We don't have any in my town. I guess I am going to have to switch to another CVS to see if it makes a difference. It's sad that as a society we have to tolerate people that can no longer do their jobs. In my day, if you slacked, you were canned. Now a days they can't get help, so hiring staff that can compromise your health is acceptable. My prescription is a liquid form, and is not common so for that reason alone they should be sure they have it pre ordered and I shouldn't have to swing on monkey bars or feel like I need circus music in the background whenever I go to the pharmacy. It's a circus, and I'm the clown that keeps going back. All I need is the 3 foot shoes, and a tear on my white pasty face and I will fit in with the gang. Today, I will begin again- drive down and see if they can find it anywhere and bring a hoop for them to jump through. Wishing myself luck! Update: They could not satisfy the prescription and told me to call other pharmacies. PS. I switched to CVS County St, they answer the phone, they are night and day to the Winthrop St address. So long C- Circus V-vs S- Sanity on Winthrop st. H e l lo - Harts 4 Corners County St!

CVS Winthrop Street : I have had all great experiences here. Considering what pharmacies are dealing with without enough staff, I feel they’ve done great.

The pharmacy was faxed a script and never contacted us that they didn't have the medicine (even after cvs gathers all that data from customers.....I mean you have to enter your phone number to get their sales, right?). Tried on 2 occasions to call the pharmacy. They don't answer calls. This delayed treatment 24 hours. Unacceptable. Don't use this store.

I've been going to this CVS for decades, I have never been disrespected even with this covid nightmare. The staff goes over and above for there patients/customers. I've seen the pharmacy staff be treated so poorly when I was in a long line as well. Thank you Winthrop Street staff for all you do especially the long hours.
