CEO need not have full service at drive thru. Inconvenient for others that just need to pick up their script. Have to wait while one car if front does their shopping while 7 plus cars wait.
CEOS need to look at real world scenarios too not just profits. GO RFK Jr.

I would leave a 0 star review if I could. First I had to leave a voicemail, then was called back by a pharmacy tech who proceeded to not answer my questions and repeat a lie to me over & over again. Then the best part - she hung up on me! I will never fill another prescription here again I get a 28 day supply of something and we are on day 29 but it’s to early somehow? Don’t bring your scrips here if you want decent service in a timely manner.

Rude ! Rude ! Giving me false inaccurate medication information, very dismissive attitude! Chewing food over the phone ! - Washington street CVS.
CVS in Brockton- has humble , respectful workers , who treat their fellow community members like family!

I really wish there was a ZERO stars option, because it pains me to leave this pharmacy even one.
These people have absolutely NO idea what they're doing. They've given me the wrong script and also misplaced another for my son. They lie when they're called out for not doing something they said they would, and they're rude. When I went in with the wrong script to let them know, the tech LITERALLY looked at the pharmacist and said, "AGAIN??" So... um, YEAH.
Do yourself a huge favor and keep your sanity with a HARD pass on the Washington St. pharmacy. Whatever you may actually need medication for will thank you later.

Pharmacy associates are easily heard swearing and being extremely unprofessional in front of customers (and small children) to hear. Avoid this pharmacy, very rude.

I just called CVS on Washington St to ask why my medication is still on hold. The woman who answered was so extremely rude right from hello. I was extremely polite she answered no were closed and hung up. Today is the last time this pharmacy treats me like this without me doing something about it. Worst CVS I've dealt with

Rudest pharmacist on the planet, after being in the ER for 24 hours with the little one and sent home with extra dosages. We can came later in the day and had she snarky comment why didn’t you grab this earlier. Told us the doctor with a medical degree was wrong with the dosage. We try to get it fill told us to go back the ER and have to straightent out there. Which was children hospital in Boston and we live in Taunton. I was fed up with attitude left called the lead ER doctor who help us last night and she sent it to another CVS and it was filled with no issues. This pharmacist needs to be banned working from this store.

Pharmacist here is extremely rude. They have no idea what they are doing. They filled a prescription I haven’t taken in over a year. No one asked them to do that… not me or my doctor …they just did it. So when I actually requested a medication I needed no one communicated there was any issue filling it until we were given the wrong medication and confronted them about it. Of course we didn’t realize we were given the wrong medication until after, but same day went right back. No one wanted to fix the issue. Thankful I didn’t pay cash and used a credit card because the credit card company was happy to fix the issue. Ripping people off taking it upon themselves to fill prescriptions that are over a year old that no one requested! We all know that they don’t/can’t say the name of prescriptions at pick, well you better ask before you pay!! Or better yet don’t go here!
