I have issues with this location every time. I get the same med every month and they’re always out of it and offer to order it to be picked up the next day. I have epilepsy, I can’t just go without meds for a full day. Shouldn’t they keep their regulars meds in stock? Is this an all CVS thing or only this location?

I certainly understand the overall 2 Star rating. Just drive through the drive through window, and you'll see signs everywhere about all of the items you can pick up right at the window I was diagnosed with Covid and needed a couple of simple non-prescription medical items. When I called, they said "oh we don't do that but you can order online and pick-up at the front of the store." I told her that I had Covid and would they do curbside. "Oh I'm sure they will" So before I cashed out my card, I called the front of the store to explain my situation and ask if they had curbside delivery " oh no, we don't do that". My response was that I had Covid and preferred not to come in the store. The girl, obviously just a kid cashier under train said " sorry we don't do curbside" My response was oh OK so I'll just come in the store with my Covid Answer? "OK" Never Again

Thievery. If you’re a savvy shopper and utilize CVS % Off offer + extra bucks + a manufacturer’s coupon (in that order) you’ll be given a lower total for payment AND THEN they hit total again to finagle the numbers in their favor and raise your final total to their advantage, just so you pay them a bit more v. saving the consumer a little bit. AVOID.

have used the pharmacy for years but apparently they do not know how to handle dual insurances correctly. contacted corporate and was told it was corrected and that pharmacy should be able to see it, pharmacist says this is not correct and they have no means of communication concerning billing with corporate. If so, this flies in the face of integrated medicine and all large corporation communications policies that I am aware of, something seems like I am being told false information by the ignorant on one side or the other, guessing the problem is local. Will post back if I get it corrected, but at the moment this pharmacy is unable to correctly bill dual insurances (primary and secondary) even with coordination of benefits set up with all insurance companies and CVS at the corporate level. Online CVS documentation states that the local pharmacy must contact corporate. When I brought this up, local pharm flatly declined and stated this was not the process, that the customer was responsible to ensure their billing paperwork was correct with corporate. I have never had such a bad experience with CVS. Will be moving pharmacies soon as I am tired of the laziness which is shown here in terms of following published CVS policy and processes.

Completely ripoff pharmacy. 6 months ago I purchased a 10mL vial of insulin for $80 at a rite aid in fall river, which was the only pharmacy at the time that carried the insulin I needed for my cat. Yesterday this CVS charged me $300 for the same exact vial of insulin. How absurd it is is truly unexplainable, I promise you that CVS pharmacy at all locations will never see a dime out of my pocket again and I will make sure the world knows how awful and unfair this store is to it’s customers. Least I can say was that the pharmacist did offer to send the prescription to a different pharmacy, but unfortunately I was in desperate need for it. Again, do not go here unless you have money to waste.

They let people sit in line for AGES when the medicine isn't even ready and will make SIX people wait instead of just asking the person to GET OUT OF LINE. the pharmacy is so slow and often, there isn't even an employee at the window DURING OPENING HOURS

I’m SURPRISED that this pharmacy hasn’t been closed down yet! They gave me medication for my son which was supposed to be in a pink liquid form, but the pharmacy handed me over a white powdery substance! When I went back to confront them, I didn’t get any apologies! I have pictures and videos to prove it! I’ve contacted three different lawyers! Also, the staff here is incredibly rude! Save your time by choosing a different pharmacy! I will never come back here!!!!

Today I went to pick up my photo order after I received an automated voicemail saying they were ready. The photos were from disposable cameras that I dropped off in early July from our wedding in June. When I arrived, the manager, Sean, said that they were in fact not ready and that he'd call me when they were. This was upsetting because I had waited over a month for them, and driven to CVS after getting a voicemail saying they were ready. Soon after arriving back home, the manager, Sean, calls and tells me that the voicemail was a mistake and TELLS me that the photos were picked up on July 20th. What? This made absolutely no sense to me. He repeated that I had already picked them up. I reiterated to him that I do not have any of my wedding photos and never picked them up. He told me he'd do more digging and let me know. Soon after that strange conversation, he calls back again and tells me that he DID find my pictures. There was no apology for the confusion, which was disappointing for a manager. However he did end up offering them for free in the end, after he hid in his office upstairs and watched my husband and I check out at the register from the cameras. (The employee told us he was watching us..weird). He did not apologize, and avoided speaking to us in person. We only ended up getting 14 pictures out of 80, and dealt with such confusion, thinking that CVS had given our photos away to someone else. Instead of the manager of the store speaking to the customer in person after all of this, it was disappointing that he opted to hide somewhere and have an employee deal with it.

If you are good about “clipping” coupons on the cvs app, you can really save some serious cash. I’ve been going to this location for many years. The parking lot isn’t the greatest, but I feel like that’s true for all CVSs. The people that work here are very friendly and helpful.

I think all you people bitching and complaining are idiots, especially the clowns saying their meds were ripped off by employees, that'll never happen, way too many cameras in the store for that... You all blame the pharmacy employees but don't stop to think for a minute that, they can't fill your script if it's not properly approved and it's all mostly due to your insurance provider, so instead of shooting the messenger, call your insurance company, pharmacy only fills your script, I've never had an impolite tech or anything in the 8 plus years, my issues always were with the insurance or the Dr, so don't be so fast to judge...

My 3 month prescription is always an ordeal. They never have it even though I've had it prescribed for over 3 years at this pharmacy. They order and it takes at least a week at minimum for them to get it. With that said, I just finished my 3 month supply of meds. On my last day I received a letter stating the meds I took were recalled. Too late, I took 3 months supply of bad meds. My blood work was all out of wack and I've had health repercussions. Meanwhile I picked up my new supply. They only had 1 month supply they could give me because they were shipped the recalled one mixed in. So I begged them to please put my order in, because on a good day with no recall it takes over a week and I only was given a 1 month on a 3 month prescription. I was told that's all I could get because I accepted the 1 month and I would have to wait until it was due again. I'm told the computer system doesn't allow them to put the order in. I must have an "idiot" sticker on my forehead if I looked like I could believe that line. Are you telling me they can't pre-order and have in stock my prescription? Nope, can not do! So, 2 weeks into the prescription I called and asked them to fill out my prescription to be proactive. I explained the recall and was afraid it would take longer than the 7-10 day wait. I said I would pick up when it's due, I just wanted it in stock. They said ok. Wheww, I finally got someone who would listen. WRONG. - I'm now down to 6 days and my phone app not showing it was ordered, nor is it giving me the option to reorder. I then drive to CVS, and wait in line just to talk to anyone behind the pharmacy. I asked about my prescription. They check and said that they threw out the prescription because it was recalled. I said yes, that was last month, so I'm not sure what supply she referred to, if it was the new one or not. She checked on the computer and put in my order on the spot, there wasn't any new orders in. I'm now down to 4 days supply, I know it takes longer than that to get it, and I am so stressed out because it still says it is unavailable. Had they just ordered when I asked, we wouldn't be playing this game. I'm tired of getting stressed out over this prescription. They are the closest CVS, We don't have any in my town. I guess I am going to have to switch to another CVS to see if it makes a difference. It's sad that as a society we have to tolerate people that can no longer do their jobs. In my day, if you slacked, you were canned. Now a days they can't get help, so hiring staff that can compromise your health is acceptable. My prescription is a liquid form, and is not common so for that reason alone they should be sure they have it pre ordered and I shouldn't have to swing on monkey bars or feel like I need circus music in the background whenever I go to the pharmacy. It's a circus, and I'm the clown that keeps going back. All I need is the 3 foot shoes, and a tear on my white pasty face and I will fit in with the gang. Today, I will begin again- drive down and see if they can find it anywhere and bring a hoop for them to jump through. Wishing myself luck! Update: They could not satisfy the prescription and told me to call other pharmacies. PS. I switched to CVS County St, they answer the phone, they are night and day to the Winthrop St address. So long C- Circus V-vs S- Sanity on Winthrop st. H e l lo - Harts 4 Corners County St!

Went with my wife to pick up a prescription. She gets biweekly prescriptions. Every time we go they say they’re working on it and it will be 20 minutes went today. Had the worst interaction with the pharmacy. The pharmacist was rude. We drove up to the window had a question about why one of the prescriptions wouldn’t refill we were told it needed authorization, prior to this we had the doctor call to give authorization. She lied to our face said she never spoke with the doctor. We called the doctor back. She said she would call again and which she did and then when we talked with the pharmacy again, the pharmacist told us that it was because of another prescription affecting the prescription that we are originally we have so we had to call and get a authorization for that mind you these are prescriptions she has been prescribed for a while worst pharmacist ever had great interactions with the regular pharmacy people, but one of the pharmacist, the person that’s in charge, shuts the window in your face and walks away. It’s disgusting. Corporate will be called.
