Our pharmacy experience was disturbing. Every single person at the pharmacy was snappy and rude. One staff member reprimanded the other staff in front of us. Another staff member was loudly making fun of a customer that was on the phone. The customer in front of us was having his personal prescription information yelled out embarrassingly for everyone to hear. There were sighs, eye rolling, and abrasiveness in tone from all of the staff. I was uncomfortable. We will not be back as there are many other pharmacies to choose from. If this many employees are acting so rude to customers, it is likely that CVS corporate is not treating them well. They must be overstaffed, overworked, etc.
