Despite the store's disorganization and long lines, Chris maintained a positive attitude and professionalism while attending to customers, fixing, and cleaning. I spent at least 15 minutes shopping, and Chris remained diligent, thanking everyone for their patience and explaining the reason for the delay. His professionalism and customer service skills are among the best I've encountered in a long time. He accurately counted change and provided the correct amount. In contrast, my previous experiences at this store were less satisfactory, with cashiers requiring calculators to calculate change and others being too busy restocking shelves to attend to customers. However, Chris's exceptional service and adherence to the dress code stood out. I would like to commend the store manager for having employees like Chris, who strive for excellence. It is essential to invest time and company funds in employees who demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction. Chris's professionalism and dedication to his job make him an ideal candidate for management. His exceptional service and positive attitude are assets to the store, and I strongly believe that he should be promoted. Furthermore, I appreciate Chris's attention to detail, ensuring that prices are accurate, and his willingness to assist customers with price checks. His efforts to support cancer awareness by displaying pink balloons in the store are also commendable. Overall, Chris provides outstanding customer service, and I highly recommend recognizing and rewarding his exceptional performance.”

“This is the ONLY dollar tree my family and I go to for things. It’s ALWAYS fully stocked and has everything we’re looking for and more. Compared to the one in Attleboro on Pleasant Street, this place shines. The staff are always so wonderful to work with and they’re genuinely happy serving customers. Not to mention, it’s supersized compared to the one in Attleboro. Props to the manager to keep this place in such good shape!”

“I purchased a large quantity of two items on Wednesday. The cashier said I should look at Dollar Tree online to see if I could order and have it shipped to my home. Unfortunately one particular item was not available on line so I went back to the same store the next day and sought out that same person and explained the item was not available online. She stopped what she was doing and brought out from the back the item I was looking for and I purchased it. That’s the kind of customer service I like. And I noticed the store is much neater lately. I’ve spent much time and cash there lately and plan to spend more!”
