Messy staff in the corner where the cleaning goods are yesterday ,simple task for you.. break down a box and stuff them into another box or stack them, instead of having tripping hazards literally every step you took. Normally my favorite store but damn yal it's not that hard to clean your work space as you work.

I went in today simply to exchange one item that was damaged for a new one. The young girl at the register yelled over to the "manager". I went and got a new item came back and the young girl saw me and yelled over again while tending to other customers.
Still no one can out. I asked another employee if I could simply swap the item out. Nope, the manager will be right out. Waited some more, still nobody. Young girl then walked over to the office (mind you is right in front of all of us) so the manger not only heard but saw us. He finally came out with huge attitude as of I bothered him. Had to explain 3 times what I was looking to do and he grew even more bothered all the while never making I contact which explains why I had to repeat myself so many times. He then says just take the new one .. seriously ! That's what initially said
I thanked him and apologized for bothering him and advised I'll never go back. He also may want to clean the store up as it's filthy
and overcrowded with boxes and trash. Desperate need of of new management with customer facing skills and promote the young girl at the register

I purchased a large quantity of two items on Wednesday. The cashier said I should look at Dollar Tree online to see if I could order and have it shipped to my home. Unfortunately one particular item was not available on line so I went back to the same store the next day and sought out that same person and explained the item was not available online. She stopped what she was doing and brought out from the back the item I was looking for and I purchased it. That’s the kind of customer service I like. And I noticed the store is much neater lately. I’ve spent much time and cash there lately and plan to spend more!

Some of the employees are super friendly but one of them is very rude I put my stuff in their cart not knowing it's theirs and was yelled at and disrespectedOnly friendly worker there that has shirt as is a very sweet person and I feel bad they have to work with someone who disrespects customers

Great store just wish it was a little more organized I always have to move the Uboats that have tons of boxes on it out of the way and there really isn't any where to move it lol but employees are semi nice no one ever really ask if I found everything ok or Great me in any way but I mean it's the dollar store lol and the flower selection was awesome last year this year isn't that great and they have flowers in 2 completely different areas kind of strange I could see if they had just holiday flowers next to seasonal but it's all kinds of flowers in 2 different aisles but hey I don't make that decision

I had never been to this location before and I will not return. As soon as I walked in, I wanted to leave. The store is filthy and I don't just mean it's a little messy. Shelves are horribly disorganized and maintained, stock is falling on the floor and thrown everywhere. Shelves and product are dirty with products in the food department spilled onto other products, the floor and the shelves. I forced myself to walk around and give it a chance but the more I did the more disgusted I was. As a former Dollar Tree employee in another state and someone who's done every aspect of in store retail work, this store should get a serious look by a district manager. It's absolutely disgusting. Two stars for polite employees, that's about it all this location has going for it.
