I went to Home Depot to pickup my grill today. So I called before I made the drive to confirm the grill was assembled SAM at online pickup told me on the phone it was assembled. Low and behold I show up and the grill isn’t assembled. I said to Sam you said it was assembled over the phone. He said” Don’t get mad at me man it’s not my fault.”. Well it clearly is your fault Sam since I called to ask if it was assembled and although the computer said it was, all you had to do was turn around walk two feet back and see that it was a box. Which he did when I got there. It’s interesting how when I got there he walked straight to the grill in the box almost like he knew it was in there when I called. Which he clearly did. After putting me on a 20 minuets hold and making me calk back. His response was sorry we were busy. Not a single person was in his line when I was there. He didn’t try to offer anything to fix the situation. He whined that it’s not his fault like a child instead of calling Simone to ask what he could do to fix the situation like a grown man would. Ronnie the manager was awesome it took him about 5 mins to figure out how he was going to fix the situation which he did. He was a huge help. Don’t give jobs to people who don’t want to work.

This store is a terrible place to shop. Today a worker is sitting in the chairs for sale smoking a cigerette stinking up the area as I tried to shop. Went in to get concrete bags and 2x10 boards but concrete bags are ripped and there are no carriages. I asked the guy in pro services who was watching a music video on his phone ( I could hear it) and he said when I asked where the carriages are he said for me to go outside and get a carriage in the parking lot. I aslked several workers what the managers name was and five people could not tell me the name of a manager. Finally a person in customer service walled by me from behind the counter so I asked her she said something inaudible and kept walking. I said what and repeated my question and she said I said Jimmy Pool without turnig around. I said pool as in Pool and she just kept walking. I am between lowes and home depot and will go to lowes from now in Raynham.

6am to 8pm delivery right?.....waited all day.....no delivery. $2000+ in business in this 5 ton load alone. No call from anyone all day and when I tried to call the store in Taunton they were rude and tried rushing me off the phone. I'm a really understanding customer if your honest with me. I'll be calling first thing in the morning to take my 2k back and cancell.

Do NOT use them for flooring installation. The process was a nightmare when I used them last year. Then this year I was told that the process would go smoothly. It was not! Same games and inconveniences as last year. Nothing improved.

Every person we spoke to had no idea about anything. We went to the garden department asking about sheds and no one there could help us. When we got to the customer service desk, the girl acted like we were a bother. Each employee at the service desk was rude and miserable as they helped customers. They do not know their products and are not interested in finding you an answer. To top it off, when looking at sheds we found food and multiple alcohol bottles in one. We told customer service and they said someone would be there to clean it. After being in the store for 30 minutes, the shed was still not cleaned. Such a concern! What if a child wandered in and got into it. Not a selling feature, will be taking business else where.

I bought a stove from them. Delivery was for Saturday. Got 2 confirmations they were coming. I still do not have it. Joshua said looks like Wednesday. He had told me I would have it today even if he had to bring it himself. That was a joke and a half. I said I would cancel the order. He said I could do that but will take a while for a refund. So I am out my money and my stove and they don't a flying f**k. I just got a Home Depot credit that will be going through the paper shredder. All set!!!!

Had 3 storm doors installed on 5/16/2018 one of them doesn't close correctly after numerous calls to THEIR installer and to Home Depot to no avail I am ready to contact my credit card company for a refund very poor customer service from both Davos construction and Home Depot I shouldn't have to make numerous calls to get a reply or to get a call back

Very middle of the road. If you know what you want, and know where to get it, you are golden. Else...maybe not so much. Some employees know their stuff, though others, not so much. It always seems like when we need stuff for remodel, we have to special order. But garden section is pretty nice.
