Not doing a very good job inspecting returns. I just bought a space heater and it’s covered in what looks like plaster dust and drips. Remote was opened and missing batteries. No paperwork in the box.

Trying to buy something. Problems at self checkout. Was told to talk to another checkout cashier, she told me to go to the service desk. Service desk employee just shouted, I'm too busy, go to the garden center. Useless, rude, just go to Leows

Home Depot generally has everything I'm looking for. If they don't have it they can most certainly order it. However I will say Home Depot is not the kind of chain that one can get a uniformed experience from at different locations. Which means you may go to one Home Depot and get an excellent experience and then visit another Home Depot and get a lousy experience. In my experience locally Taunton is an excellent store I love going there and it's hours until 10:00 p.m. with a Bridgewater store is till 9:00 p.m.

I have spent hours over the last week trying to figure out an order they messed and have spoken with the least helpful customer service representatives I have ever met. Go somewhere else. The Mansfield one is usually pretty good.

Not the best selection of fruits and vegetables to plant. I didn’t see any eggplant, habaneros, or melons - maybe it’s too early in the year. Parking was very convenient and the store was not crowded. Extremely mellow vibe. Checkout was easy.

Paula in the blinds department was very helpful today. The young man, I believe his name was Scott, was also extremely helpful. We have used Home Depot through the years and have always been pleasantly surprised. It's nice to get great service from a large corporation.
