I just used this laundrymat for rhe first time i had a situation where i was flooded out of my apartment and needed my laundry done in a rather quick manner, was told at other laundrymats that it would be 3 or 4 days, wait which was not going to work for me in my situation...so i tried lavender laundry mat much ro my surprise, i was greeted by a woman named jackie, who was not only friendly curtious and empathetic towards my situation, but also knowledgable of her establishment.explained eveything to me in detail, and gaurenteed me my laundry would be washed dryed and folded in a very timely manner.. my clothes came out perfect and smelled fresh when i untied the bags...i would highly recomend this laundrymat to anyone needing laundry services.. and Jackie was wonderful to me..definately will be coming in again thankyou.. gloria burke

My little brother and I come here all the time. The machines work exceptionally, and the staff is super friendly. Taliah is the best! Our go to laundromat!

I had my first visit to Lavender Laundry recently, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place is clean, organized, and has a really calm vibe. Which definitely helped since I was a bit unsure about how everything worked.
A huge shoutout to Taliyah, one of the staff who made my visit go smooth. She was so kind and patient, taking the time to walk me through the process and answer my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s clear she really cares about helping customers and creating a positive environment.
Thanks again, Taliyah! I’ll definitely be coming back

I have been dropping off my laundry here for years and it's always done to my specifications. Taliyah and Jackie are dependable, kind, and make sure to remember my special requests without reminders. They also have great communication whenever there are changes in scheduling etc. I spend A LOT of money on clothes especially sports jerseys and was always nervous to let anyone else touch them. I love that I have a place I can confidently have my things taken care of.
As a very busy Mom, it's great to have one less thing to worry about.

Have been here a couple times in the past few weeks and it’s really been upgraded since I started coming here last year. The machines are in great condition and Taliah is always so helpful and overall a nice person.
