Fast, reliable, convenient. He charged me $10 to notarize something, which is double what most places charge for the same service and double what he charged me less than a year ago to notarize something. Makes me think he's arbitrarily charging me whatever he feels like because I'm nice and easy going and he knows I'll probably just pay it instead of making an issue about it. But you can't beat the convenience ?♂️

Just had a horrible experience. Paid for a return receipt with signature and never received it by email as promised, stopped in and apparently it was never done now I will never know if recipient received it. It is not a situation where I can just ask them. Awful experience, I did not receive the service I asked for and paid for and no refund was even offered. I do not recommend doing business here.

We are new customers and wasnt sure this would be a good thing for me. Owner is very nice and I love it here, dont have to worry about where my mail or packages are like I did with the USPS. I know all my mail, especially packages are secure and safe until I pick them up.

Paid $15 for priority tracking mail and 1 week later, package still not tracked or received. Called and was told it’s a postal service problem and not on their end. Crazy because I thought this was a postal service and The last place it was scanned or tracked was there. I won’t ever ship from here again.
