Great service for routine vaccines! The staff and doctor were pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced and 1/3 of the price of our normal vet. Def would recommend!

Everyone here is so kind. They’re all very enthusiastic towards the pets & the service is extremely fast here. We love the vaccination clinic!

I do not recommend this business I was here on 10/15/23 and the fish situation is out of control like unacceptable these fish are not being taken care of somebody handle this -- photos for proof all dead fish and this was not even all of them they were MOSTLY dead it looked like they had not been checked on in weeks NVM days. I'm pretty sure their water in those tiny things is supposed to be changed multiple times a day so this was just disgusting to see. I would never support a business that would knowingly neglect animals in this way. Disgust.

signed up for vaccines and was told to arrive 10 mins early. I showed up and the staff made us wait outside. why show up early if the store isn't open. never again

They are so helpful and very good with the animals.My dogs love going to petco for their vaccinations because itis less stressful than a regular vet. There are so many interesting smells and things to see that they are very distracted.Plus afterwards I buy them a treat for being so good.And getting all their vaccines without the visit fee is amazing. You are saving between 50 to 150 just for the visit fee. That is not a small thing.If they just need thier shots. Go here hands down.

My dog Emma need a groom real real bad. I made a appointment with this location as the on near me is not staffed well. The Petco . That groom her was great. Listen to what I wanted. She looks so cutie now I have already made her next appointment

Worst pet store ever. Went in to look at the fisth. Bought some fish food. Noone to help in fish department, noone in any of the departments. Grabbed some fish food and went to register. 5 people ahesd of me. 2 lanes lit for open. No one in 2nd lane. I stood there for 5 or 6 mins, 5 people / workers in a huddle, one worker at other register. Did anyone look up to help me or say that lane wasn't open? No. So then I went into the lane with a clerk. took forever. when I finally could cash had to listen to how this person was told by another customer that she had to go up front to help and just complained and complained about it. Guess what Petco employees, your hired to WORK not to SOCIALIZE. if you find that working puts a cramp in your life sytle, you shouldn't wbe working. PLEAWE LEAVE!! that's why I have going to petco and I know now why they are in the red.

I needed to purchase a few items totaling around $500. Not a single person in the store to unlock the security case to retrieve the items. Only one incompetent person at the register that looked at my like I had three heads. Another example of why to shop at small businesses
