I have no regrets signing up for storage the winter months and don't for see any problems. The young lady I dealt with was a sweetheart and answered all my questions. (she's a keeper)

The building is brand new, clean and easy to access. Love the fact that I can just drive up my vehicle and put my stuff in storage or grab something I need. Got the first month for free, and monthly pricing is very fair and equitable.

Rochelle at the Winthrop St Taunton location was great! She helped me choose 2 units that were the best for my different needs. She explained everything clearly.
PRO on renting process: Screen comes up with the paperwork to sign so you can see it, sign it and understand it clearly.
PRO FIRST month free but $29 administration fee
PRO Facility is well lit and clean. Close to Dighton & only 2 yrs old.
CON Wish I could Decline insurance on my contents. I shouldn't have to pay for insurance if I dont want to. Prime requires it on both units thru them at $17 a month per unit OR you may prove that you have coverage thru your homeowners insurance.

Set up and move in was easy, but after 2 months my rate went up from 110 to 124. I was under the impression that the courtesy rate would last a little longer than two months…. Very disappointed, feels like a bait and switch to get me into a unit. I’m currently looking into leaving the space already and finding another option
