I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with Safelite AutoGlass for the complete lack of professionalism and communication regarding my scheduled windshield repair appointment on 2/3. The assigned technician, Alicia, was supposed to arrive between 12 PM and 5 PM, and unfortunately, the entire experience has left me feeling frustrated and inconvenienced.Not only did Alicia fail to show up as scheduled, but what adds to the dismay is the fact that no one from Safelite bothered to call and inform me about her inability to make it today. I had to discover the no-show on my own after waiting the entire afternoon, calling the shop three times, and receiving false assurances from representatives each time.The absence of a simple courtesy call to notify me of the technician's unavailability is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful of the customer's time. I had set aside my Saturday afternoon, rearranged my plans, and patiently waited for the repair, only to be left in the dark without any explanation.This experience has left a lasting negative impression on my perception of Safelite's reliability and customer service. As a paying customer, I expected better communication and accountability from the company, and unfortunately, these expectations were not met.I strongly urge Safelite AutoGlass to address this issue promptly, implement better communication protocols, and ensure that such lapses in service do not occur in the future. Customers deserve transparency and respect for their time, especially when disruptions to scheduled appointments are unavoidable.This review serves as a reflection of my disappointment and frustration with Safelite's failure to communicate effectively. I hope that the company takes this feedback seriously and works towards improving its customer service standards.

Do not go here unless you want your car totaled. Some bozo came and replaced the windshield and put a huge crack in the new windshield and did not weatherproof it at all and it rained for the next 3 days and had 2” of water inside. Insurance company totaled the car

I put in a claim on October 14 and my appointment was scheduled for today 10/24 between 12-5. I just found out that they couldn't get the windshield, so I have to wait until 10/31. I planned my work week and my day around these people... I am so done. I am going to Advanced auto glass and I would recommend others do the same. Glaser Glass was never like this and this company is the equivalent of an ambulance chaser; they are only interested in insurance payouts. They should be investigated for fraud!

Went to have a tiny 1/ 8-inch chip repaired. Less than a week later, it turned into an almost 2 inch Crack. So, I made an appointment for Thursday for warranty work to have it repaired. I came in for my appointment and was told they can't repair a repair and that I would need a new windshield and I could come in today. So I came for the third time and dropped my wrangler off for the new windshield. And instead of having a free repair through my insurance, I had to now pay $410. I came to pick up my vehicle to find my rearview mirror had been damaged. It had been moved and was now pointing towards the roof of the jeep. It has this shadowed area going around the almost entire outer edge. I pointed this out to the tech who told me that they didn't damage it and that he even had cleaned it. He said this as he was actively wiping a black grease smudge off the mirror. He "promised" me that he did not damage it and then went to get his manager when I insisted it had not been damaged when I dropped it off. The manager comes out to look. As he did, he swung open my door, which then slammed into the side of my car. As I have a wrangler where the doors come off, so instead of it only opening so far, it slammed into the wheel flare. The manager told me that they didn't do the damage. So he proceeded to get another manager who said the same thing and then told me to call my insurance as he walked away. Great way to treat a veteran/firefighter.

I had a 10:30 am. appointment. My car was vandalized, and my insurance could only accommodate me same day service in E. Taunton. I rode through a hurricane ? ? to handle my business. SAFELITE did a professional ? job. Nice, clean facility. Kindness went far.

Great friendly staff. The technicians are knowledgeable and helpful with questions. Had to repairs done back to back. Crack in windshield replaced in minutes and a windshield replacements done exactly when he said it would be done. Small location with a big impact.

My old man called to find out if they could do a windshield in his brand new car and the lady raised her voice at him for simply asking if they could do his specific car!! Very rude! I wouldnt have her working customer service at my business!

Eric replaced my windshield in June but neglected to inform me that in doing so he broke both siding pieces to my car. The day after the replacement one came loose and almost snapped off, and now the other side rattles when I drive. Regardless of any warranty policy, I still have to take time now to fix what should’ve been done correctly the first time. The day I originally scheduled the appointment Eric arrived without the proper tools despite me putting down the make and model of my car when I scheduled the appointment. I would not recommend the Safelite in East Taunton to anyone who would like their windshield replacement done properly.

Super fast and efficient. No complaints and highly recommend. They changed the windshield in my Jeep Gladiator in about 17 minutes AND replaced it with the authentic Jeep windshield.

My appointment was at 9:30a. I got there at least 45 minutes early. Initially I was told the wait would be a few hours. But they were able to get started on my windshield replacement right away. I was out of there before it started to rain. Nathan serviced Pearl ( my car name). He was efficient, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend.

Darron was able to get my windshield in right before the rain! He was very attentive and did an amazing job. Most certainly would recommend safelite!
