The platinum service costs $20 and restores cars that have been under trees and looking rough. Employees clean interiors in front of customers, though wait times can be 10‑15 minutes. Ceramic finish cars are not waxed, and new pricing only includes it. Odd hours remain a concern.

    Just had my car cleaned for the first time. Chris Hoyle himself took care it. Genuinely invested in providing a quality experience. Towel dry at the end as well. I'll definitely be back!

    Very good experience. They hand washed the car first, then after going through the wash itself they towel dried the car. They were very polite, thankful and did a great job.
