I recently switched to tmlp from Comcast for my Internet provider and it has been amazing. I cut my cost in half while keeping the same speeds. And most importantly when I call for assistance someone actually answers the phone. Not only does a person answer but they're friendly and helpful.

Most of the time they prioritize drive through leaving customers inside waiting longer than reasonable times, when they should b taking customers from both drive thru and walk in.
