There is a sign that says hadicap entrance on the back of the building and to ring the buzzer. So I am handicap and I tried to go and enter the handicap entrance with my grandson in his carriage and the lady says there is no way to get upstairs to conduct business. So how is it a handicapped entrance. So who do you complain to because it sounds discriminating to me

Recently I had my package delivered. It was placed in a package box. At my mail boxes. The carrier placed a defective key in my box. We'll when I went to use the key. It broke in slot. After many phone calls to post office. Carrier replaced the key. Guess what the key was useless. Because the broken key was in the slot. Now am being total that they must replace the lock. I must remain patient while my packages remain . Lock in the box. There solution is for me to go to the post office. Too receive my packages. Really doesn't make sense to put the packages. In another box that I have access to. No let's inconvenience the customer. Yes you work for me. This whole problem falls on the carrier. Who put a bend key in my box. This just make sense. I don't expect a reasonable solution. Or a response from this disorganized company. The holidays are coming fix the box.

Worst experience I have ever encountered. I came to the post office today at around 940-10am to return a package. The white lady with the glasses and shoulder length hair was no help at all and she seemed like she was being forced to work. I asked her if there was any packaging that can fit my package and instead of helping she literally told me to go find it myself and when I did find the right packaging, she could not even assist with that. There was literally no one at the post office at the time. If you see customers confused at least do your job and help because that’s what you are getting paid for. If you don’t like your job or servicing people of color then do yourself a favor and work somewhere else.

I’d like to give zero stars to the awful woman working this morning Friday August 30th. My husband and I walked in to get passports for our two toddlers during their advertised walk in hours and the horrendous woman behind the counter told us she couldn’t do it, the website is wrong and basically chastised us and another customer as well. When we asked for a phone number for her supervisor because she said there wasn’t one there she gave us a map to where you pick up on hold mail. Disgusting customer service.

Worst experience I have ever had with a post office in my entire life... They are absolutely unprofessional and rude... I get it. It's the post office and if you have to do your business that you have to. But if you have a choice, go to raynham

I tried to call to see if I could get pick up my package because my packages have been getting stolen by the time I get out of work and I literally could not speak to one person not one person could I get on the phone? How is that possible?

Absolutely awful company who can't seem to get anything rightThey claim they attempted a delivery but they don't ring the doorbell at allThe redelivery feature doesn't work because they can't figure out that my address is the same address as the packageThis is flat out incompetency and they're not even doing their job. Unbelieveable

WHY is there ALWAYS ONLY 1 Window OPEN at this CITY Post Office on Saturdays?? EVERY single Saturday, the line is 10+ people deep whether you arrive when they open, mid shift, or 10 minutes before they close....WITH ONLY ONE WINDOW OPEN!!. I am typing this at 1100am on Saturday 12/23 while waiting in line with 11 people ahead of me, ONE window open, and now the guy behind the counter has DISAPPEARED!! Are you Serious???
